Inside, you'll instantly take notice of the home's tall ceilings, elegant furnishings, and large eat-in kitchen. Kick back and stream your favorite TV shows and movies in the sunny living room while the chef of your family utilizes the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. When you want to escalate your cooking, fire up the gas grill and host a sweet summer barbecue.

The spacious bedrooms all come adorned with soft bedding and homey fixtures. And the primary bedroom gleams with its impressive en suite bathroom equipped with a soaking tub. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and board games.

Outside, aside from the pool, you will also have access to adult bikes and a sun-soaked patio.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
