Our 1100-square foot home is an updated 1960s-style ranch. The house sits on 1/4 acre with shady front and backyards. We have three bedrooms, one of which is set up as a WFH office with hard wired internet. The office room also has a twin bed with trundle. Both the king and queen bedrooms have Smart TVs. Our updated home includes new appliances and central AC. We are ideally suited for a couple that likes extra space, two couples, a family or three single people wanting their own bedroom. Our private backyard has a relaxing deck, bbq and a year round hot tub (use requires a signed rules and liability waiver). We also have three exterior security cameras: one covers the driveway and the other two cover the front and back doors. These cameras protect the house when it is empty and also when we have guests.
