New rental! 3BR/3BA Waterfront Condo with Pool and Hot tub

New to the vacation rental market in 2023, this 1540sqft 3BR/3BA beach condo is on one of the most beautiful streets in NMB! The large balcony has views of the marsh/canal and the ocean so the best of both worlds! Less than a 5 min walk to the beach....beach cart is provided as well as 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and toys for the kids. You can hang at the beach for the day and then retreat to the condo where it is quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle!

Amenities include a beautifully maintained pool area that includes a hot tub and kiddie pool (1 ft deep) for the little ones, a grilling/picnic area right by the marsh, and elevator (luggage racks and grocery carts available for use).

The master bedroom features a King bed, 42 inch smart TV, LazyBoy recliner, and a spectacular view of the canal! The master bath has a jetted tub perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping and family time. The remaining bedrooms also have King beds with comfy mattresses as we believe in a good night's rest on vacation! One of these bedrooms has a private bathroom.

Bed linens, towels, hand towels/washcloths, and kitchen towels provided! You will also receive a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry detergent to get you settled in before having to make the trek to the grocery store.

Board games, puzzles, and bocce ball set provided in TV console for family time. You are welcome to take the bocce ball set to the beach - just make sure it makes its way back to the condo!

As for dining and activities, you have many options within walking distance! Hamburger Joe's, Nacho Hippo Mexican Cantina, LongHorn, and Joe's Bar and Grill are just a few of the restaurants located at the end of the street. Barefoot Landing is also right across the highway as well as Alabama Theatre and Alligator Adventure! For those necessities, you've got Food Lion, Kroger, and Wal-Mart shopping center less than 5 mins away.

***Renter must send copy of driver's license within 48 hours of booking or reservation will be cancelled. Personal information can be blacked out with exception of legal name and date of birth.

***Limit of 2 parking spaces. Any additional vehicles may be towed at owner's expense.

We do require one of the following damage protection options through VRBO when you book:
1) Property Damage Insurance (travel insurance policy) - $59
Up to $1,500 coverage and policy is sent to your email.
