Beautiful Windy Hill-Ocean Grove home. Great location - just steps to the beach!

Our beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath patio home is located in the QUIET Ocean Grove residential community in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This is a quiet FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood with HOA Rules that are strictly enforced. Our house is just over a block from the ocean, making it just steps to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy the community pool which also includes a children's pool, and hot tub. Our home sleeps up to 8 people and has two assigned parking spaces directly in front of the house.
NOTE: If you plan to have more than 8 people staying there, or plan to host an event or party, please DO NOT BOOK this rental - You will be violating the HOA/House rules and you will be evicted immediately and forfeit all monies paid to VRBO. So if you're looking for a place to sleep more than 8 people or to have a party or host an event this is definitely not the home for you.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a bar seating area, stainless steel appliances, and small appliances including a full sized Keurig, regular coffee maker, toaster, can opener, tea kettle, air fryer, rice maker, and blender.

Our home is equipped with Gigabit Internet Service from Spectrum Communications providing you with free high-speed wireless internet to use during your stay. All the TV's in the home are "Smart" TV's and DVD players are available for each of them. Roku TV makes streaming services available allowing you to view hundreds of channels and movies, or you can log in to your own subscribed streaming service. The living room entertainment center has quite a few DVDs, Jigsaw puzzles, and game boards for family and friends fun time. The entire second floor and stairwell has been renovated with all new luxury vinyl planking as well as a brand new deck just off the upstairs king bedroom. That bedroom also has a desk with computer monitors in case you must spend a little time working or socializing while on vacation. A kid's table, baby gate, high chair, portable crib, and "play and go" are available onsite if needed for your toddler. On the main level a full-size washer and dryer is provided for your use.

The Windy Hill area is close to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Walk to the beach to swim, tan, fish, or take romantic evening strolls. It's just over a mile to Barefoot Landing's retail and entertainment village, grocery stores and restaurants, 3 miles to Myrtle Beach Mall and Tanger Outlet Mall, and 12 miles to Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aqaurium, and many other vacation attractions. There's so much to see and do you'll never be bored!

This home must abide by the Ocean Grove Home Owners Association rules and guidelines below and are VERY STRICTLY enforced.
- NO MORE THAN 10 (8 people at my home) PEOPLE ALLOWED IN AN OCEAN GROVE RENTED HOME.
- ASSIGNED PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR ONLY TWO CARS
- NO BOATS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, RV'S, OR TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES
- ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME
- In addition, No drinking/sleeping in cars/setting off fireworks or firecrackers/ loitering in the parking lot/ or parties.

If these occur you will be forced to forfeit your stay and leave the premises.
