This comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo can accommodate up to eight guests. It offers a king bed, a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed with an additional trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa. The condo features a private balcony with lovely views and an outdoor dining table. It has been fully renovated to enhance your comfort and enjoyment. You'll be within a short walk of the Keystone Tennis Center, Lakeside Village, and the Keystone Conference Center. Additionally, there is a shuttle stop nearby that can quickly take you to any part of the resort.
This second-floor walk up condo offers an entryway with shelving and a closet, providing a convenient space for your belongings. The living area is spacious, with vaulted ceilings, a flat-screen TV next to a gas fireplace, and ample natural light from the windows. After a day of enjoying the outdoors, you can relax on the cozy furniture and make use of the provided DVD player, DVDs, board games, and books for entertainment.
The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. From the dining area, you can access the private deck, where you can enjoy mountain views, fresh air, and enjoy a meal on the outdoor dining table.
Conveniently located down the hall, the first of the two renovated full bathrooms features double sinks, while a separate door adds privacy to the shower/tub combination and toilet area. Both bathrooms are furnished with towels and an initial supply of toiletries for your convenience. The guest bedroom, situated near the guest bathroom, features a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a trundle, and a flatscreen TV equipped with a Super Nintendo game console and games.
The primary bedroom is situated in the upstairs loft and offers a king-sized bed with a beautiful full-wall wood headboard. It has vaulted ceilings, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom also has double sinks, and a separate door provides privacy for the shower/tub combination and toilet area.
**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
