Full of amenities this 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home with two separate living areas has plenty of room for up to 10 guests if using our QUEEN size sofa bed and available cot. Smart TVs in every bedroom, living area and family room. Xfinity cable and fast WiFi. Open concept kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals in style, we even provide insulated cups to keep your beverages cold! Island can accommodate six with an adjoining table seating another three and TV trays also available. Comfy bedding with fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Washer and dryer available including Tide Pods, Bounce and Bleach.

Enjoy outside dining on a large deck along with conversation areas and a propane fire table. Watch the boats go by on the boathouse party deck with four chaise lounges and a table for six or swim right off the boathouse deck with ladder access. We supply fishing poles and tackle, bring the live bait and fish off the docks! Mornings are beautiful on the main deck or the balcony attached to the Primary Suite on the upper level. Primary Suite has a coffee bar so you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the balcony before heading down for a full day of activities.

Playstation 4, various board games and almost 100 DVDs can be played in the living area and family room. Indiana Beach Amusement Park is a 15 minute ride or party on Lake Freeman's Madam Carroll with live entertainment most nights. Tippecanoe Country Club’s golf course is beautiful and open to the public although we are in such a beautiful spot on the lake you may not want to leave!

There is also a 2023 Pontoon available to rent at an extra charge discounted for guests who rent our home! The boat is docked on the property. There are a couple of restaurants with boat docks on the lake, just take the boat to dinner instead of driving! Afterwards, troll the lake and you may find live entertainment you can enjoy from the water. Boat fee is $400.00/day, discounted to $368.00/day for guests. Rentals for 3 days or more are discounted even further!
