"A Rustic Hideout" is close to many attractions in the picturesque North Georgia mountain town of Ellijay. This inviting retreat offers breathtaking views of the towering trees and the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains.

The interior of "A Rustic Hideout" is adorned with rustic decor, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The open-concept living area features a cozy fireplace and large windows that showcase the panoramic views, allowing for a seamless connection to the natural beauty outside.

Each of the two well-appointed bedrooms features a comfortable King bed, a smart TV, a ceiling fan with a dimmable LED light, night-stands with USB ports and dimmable lights and its own private en-suite bathroom with the necessary toiletries, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. Each room carries a charm of its own, with soft ambient lighting creating an atmosphere of tranquility.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless-steel amenities and rustic charm, provides an excellent space for preparing meals to be enjoyed at the dining table or al fresco on the cabin's spacious upper deck. Cooking pans and most of the necessary condiments are provided.

The Upper deck offers a perfect setting for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views of the North Georgia mountains.The larger lower "party" deck with its custom bar and a beautiful mountain view provides the perfect setting for an evening cocktail.

***The drive up the mountain to the Cabin.
The drive to "A Rustic Hideout" is certainly an exciting off-road experience! The final 3 miles / 20 minutes up the mountain will take you on an adventurous scenic drive through typical mountain gravel / dirt roads with a few bumpy sections and steep climbs thrown in the mix. But don't worry - it's an easily doable drive with steady driving, preferably on low gear, as is the case with any mountain roads. Enjoy the views along the way and get ready for a relaxing and unforgettable stay in the mountains.

It is important to note that the road may require inclement weather precautions: A 4WD/AWD vehicle is highly recommended in case of heavy rains, snow, ice, or after dark (in case one has to make a stop along the way). Under normal road conditions, a vehicle with good ground clearance would be good enough. Steady driving on low-gear is always the key when driving on gravel roads, regardless of road conditions or vehicle type. We will provide turn-by-turn driving instructions for the final 3 miles, pointing out landmarks, bumpy sections, sharp bends e.t.c.

***Pets
We love our furry friends! Your furry friends (dogs) are very much welcome at our property and we hope that you and your furry friends have a pleasant stay. Due to the size of the Cabin, we can only accommodate / allow a maximum of 2 smaller dogs; any large dog will need prior approval.
We humbly request that you do not let your furry friend(s) on the furniture or the beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped; stainless steel appliances (Refrigerator, Electric Stove w/Oven, Microwave and Dishwasher), 2 Coffee makers (Mr. Coffee for ground coffee and a Keurig for coffee pods), electric kettle, toaster, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Linens for each bed (Extras available if needed), 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list; Spacious closet on each bedroom for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and broom and dust pan, Internet and 2 propane grills.
In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher and Laundry Detergent and Dish Washing Soap.
Before heading up onto the Cabin, we suggest stopping by Walmart, Ingles or any of Ellijay's local (grocery) stores for food items, ice bags, beverages, any special condiments and firewood.
