Located in the Victorian District, this extremely charming, stand-alone 2nd story home is on a quiet lane within walking distance to Forsyth Park, the Historic District, and much more. Two Lucky guests can call Happy Times on Park Carriage their new home away from home, where they'll make memories that will last a lifetime!

Upon entering the courtyard off of the lane, you'll find a shared courtyard and a staircase that leads up to your charming 2nd story carriage house! Inside, you'll find that the space boasts with natural light, warm tones, and comfortable furnishings. The open floor plan allows guests to never feel separated, as the kitchen sits just off of the entrance, and overlooks the living room.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need, including all of the modern conveniences one could ask for.

The bedroom features a plush King size bed, graciously sized walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub-shower combination, and a stackable washer and dryer, perfect for extended stays!

The shared courtyard is perfect for sipping sweet tea while watching the clouds roll by, while you and your guest reminisce on your favorite memories.

Head South a few blocks and find yourself immersed in Savannah's culture - a wine bar, vegan cafe, and the Forsyth Park Farmer's Market. A few minutes' walk in the other direction gets you closer to the bustling city. Take the scenic route through downtown's beautiful squares and end at the well-known River Walk - a great place to grab a beer and people watch.

The cutest spot!

The carriage house apartment was super cute and exceptionally clean! My son and I and enjoyed our stay so much. We did not want to leave and were really sad to go whenever we had to. Everything was pretty much perfect! my only complaint was that I was expecting a Keurig rather than a standard coffee maker, but besides that everything was wonderful! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Close to lots of things to do. Upon arriving a little skeptical. We had to park in an alley behind the property to unload the car that looked a little scary. But once inside the gated property, we were relieved. The pic of the unit showed a nice easy landing of 3 steps but come to find out our unit was above a garage that totaled 17 steps up with luggage & my 87 yr old mother! That was quite the task as I am 66 with back issues. Once we were in & settled, the unit was nice & we enjoyed our stay!

Super hard to find the entrance! After calling we were told how to find the front door. Super nice lady on the phone. Very clean place but I would’ve like a few more towels. We took showers every day and were only given 4 towels. For girls with long hair, we use 2 towels per shower. Other than that it was great!

Nice to place to stay for a couple

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was a nice choice for a three night stay in Savannah. Lucky Savannah is very easy to work well. Great communication through text. Unit has all the basics. Photos are accurate.Back gate entrance can be difficult to find in the dark when first arriving. Unit is located over a garage. The loud noise you will hear on occasion is the garage door opening/closing. If arriving by ride share/taxi, use 1108 Habersham St as the drop off spot.The location is in a residential area that is quiet. Lots of free street parking.We walked everywhere whether it was to nearby Forsyth Park or to any of the squares and the riverfront. Be sure to check out the Forsyth Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.
