Welcome to our spacious and beautifully furnished 3-bedroom apartment, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The Apartment is a perfect place for families on vacation, group of friends, business travelers, or people looking for a change of space while working from home!

The apartment is centrally located in a convenient and safe neighborhood, with easy access to transport and plenty of shops & restaurants nearby, airport proximity -20KMs.

The space
The apartment is located on the second floor of a newly constructed building. There is a staircase and a lift for easy access. We also have sufficient parking space inside and around the apartment, incase you decide to drive down.

LIVING & DINING:
The Apartment has a large living and dining area for you to spend your time as a family/group. There is a large Smart TV with a FREE NETFLIX subscription for all your entertainment needs along with a high speed reliable FREE WiFi connection (200Mbps). We understand the importance of a good internet connection.

BEDROOMS:
There are three spacious bedrooms in the apartment. All of them have a double bed (with bedding and linen), wardrobe, and an air conditioner in 2 rooms. One of the bedrooms have attached balconies for you to catch the sunset or take in some fresh air.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully functional and comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, water purifier, hot water kettle, pressure cooker, cooking utensils, and cutlery and crockery. Essentially everything you need to prepare and serve yourselves a great meal.

UTILITY
The utility area has a washing machine, ironing table, and a clothes drying stand which can be used by the guests.

SAFETY
The apartment has a caretaker available 24x7. There are CCTV cameras in and around the complete building and the common areas for additional security purposes.

All in all, it is a fully furnished and fully functional apartment where you can relax and have a great time!
Guest access
You will be able to access all parts of the apartment i.e. the living and dining areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, kitchen, and utility area. You will also have access to the common areas in the apartment building.
Other things to note
• All guests are required to submit a government approved photo ID prior to their check-in.

• Cleaning services during the stay are NOT included. However, cleaning equipment is provided inside the apartment for the guests to use.

• Pets are extra chargeable @1200 for a stay of less than 7 days
