Keine bessere Sicht auf die Amelia Island Plantation in der Beach Walker Community. Diese Villa bietet Blick auf den Pool Beach Walker und das Meer. Der Beach Walker Pool wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert und ist jetzt beheizt und ist absolut wunderschön. Die Villa verfügt über italienische Fliesenböden. Die Wandfarben sind warm und üppig und mit Original-, Dekorations-, Fotografie- und Kunstwerken bekannter Künstler wie Clyde Butcher, Carl Brenders und Steve Johnson bedeckt.

Die Schlafzimmer auf der Rückseite haben jeweils einen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf die Baumkronen der Insel und den Fluss Amelia und bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf die untergehende Sonne. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und das andere hat zwei Einzelbetten. Diese Schlafzimmer haben ein gemeinsames Vollbad. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und einen schönen Blick auf das Meer.

Die Küche wurde komplett renoviert. Es ist offen und geräumig und verfügt über alle brandneuen Frigidaire-Geräte, einschließlich eines Kühlschranks nebeneinander und eines Heißluftofens mit einem flachen Herd. Der Ozean kann von der Küche, dem Ess- und dem Wohnbereich aus betrachtet werden. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer vor dem Wohnbereich.

Sie und Ihre Familie werden die ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre der Insel genießen und dennoch alle Speise-, Golf- und Unterhaltungsannehmlichkeiten haben.

We enjoyed our stay! We stayed at the Omni the previous year and preferred staying at this condo. It has a lot of space and the pool was fantastic for me, my wife and kids. The condo was stocked with dishwasher and laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. which was great. I notice that some people commented about the stairs, but we enjoyed having 3 floors separated by a few stairs.The pictures accurately reflect what the place is like. The beach was a 2-minute walk down a nice boardwalk. Great views of the ocean.Two thumbs up!

Nice view, nicely decorated & comfy beds. Down side, three flights of stairs with bathrooms on the second level & en-suite on third. If you have issues with walking up/down stairs this isn’t the place for you.

Sorry you missed the discussion well noted on the booking site. All of the condominiums in the beachwalker community have the same multiple level design. Some guests like the design because it gives them privacy and separation from other guests in their group. Other guests like yourself apparently don't want to bother with any stairs. The design of the condo is well documented in the reviews. Guests who instant book have the obligation to check prior reviews and the owners description of the condo prior to booking. I'm happy that you were satisfied with the aspects of the condo that I could control. Thanks for your feedback

host was very attentive. place was stocked with all of our needs. main living area was very comfortable and perfect for hanging out. great balcony (chairs just need some more cushiony cushions) beds were very comfortable and sheets/blankets very soft. would definitely stay again

Great Time

We had a great time at this location. We had stayed at ship watch and sand castle previously and this was the best location. Closest to beach and nice pool. The room were nicely furnished and beds very comfortable.

The drive to the condo was breathtaking…large tree canopies covering the roads, beautiful landscapes! The complex was beautiful! Plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved the layout of the condo…really unique and fun! Comfortable beds and living room furniture! The balcony over looks the lush trees and the beach beyond that! The boardwalk to get over to the beach was beautiful to walk on…going under large trees…we saw so many tortoises and rabbits! The pool was gorgeous…never too crowded and always clean!

We had a very nice stay at this property. The ocean view was as promised, and the marsh-side decks attached to two of the rooms was nice even though we did not use them. Everything offered was consistent with the listing. The owner was extremely communicative at the onset to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, which I appreciated. The unit was clean, and towels and other needs were ample. I enjoyed the art/pictures on the wall. We felt right at home. Thank you!

Great location on Amelia Island

Beautiful views within Omni resort. A little tough to find first time as GPS didn't like the address, but James was easy to reach and provided excellent directions. Would stay here again.

The view was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. Our only issue was the number of stairs. There were three flights with 6-8 steps. The listing mentioned stairs, but we didn’t realize how many until we talked with the host the day before arrival. At that point there was nothing we could do but make the best of it. It didn’t ruin the trip.

This is an issue addressed numerous times at the 345814 site. Some guests like the privacy that is afforded by multi level living spaces. Other guests prefer a single level living area. I don't really control the selection. If a guest fails to read the description of the unit and the previous reviews and selects an accommodation that doesn't fit their desired booking then they bear the responsibility of making a choice that they regret. The design of this unit is well described on the vrbo website. The unit design is satisfactory to most who book it.

Great Visit

Truly enjoyed the time we had at the condo. The Omni property was great and the condo was excellent. We really enjoyed the time there. Watching the fireworks from the beach was a real highlight Thanks to Jim for his responsiveness for all of our questions.

Perfect getaway!

The condo is located on the south end of the island therefore it is quiet, little traffic and we had the beach basically to ourselves. The timing was perfect if you are looking for a relaxing time without the hassle of crowds.

Nice Getaway Beachfront Condo

Loved the location on the beach and the community is very nice and safe. The condo is spacious with 3 rooms and two bathrooms. Nice balcony to watch the ocean in the morning. Easy check in and check out process. Would stay there again!

My wife and I are avid golfers and beach lovers. We have enjoyed Amelia Island, Florida because of the many wonderful golf courses not only there on the plantation but within easy driving distance.

The beach here is wonderful for hunting shells and sharks teeth. Amelia Island Plantation is well known for its preservation of the natural setting. Amelia Island State Park adjoins the Plantation and provides a large undeveloped area for the beach walker to explore. We have regularly seen bald eagles, osprey, roseate spoonbills, wood storks, to name just a few of the bird species present in large numbers at the resort. We have enjoyed schools of dolphin feeding from our living and dining room areas. Walking and biking trails are abundant throughout the resort. There is an indian burial mound on the marsh side of the island on one of the walking trails. Amelia Island Plantation is truly a nature lover's destination.
