The space
A quiet, charming winter getaway home in Sevierville, near the Smoky Mountains. Whether you’re here for Winterfest lights, Dollywood days or a slow off-season escape, this boho-style cottage gives you a calm home base close to it all. The living room has a comfy sectional, smart TV with streaming, and warm decor that feels more like a home than a rental.
The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need for simple breakfasts or cozy dinners in, full-size appliances, cookware, dishes and a coffee maker so you can start your mornings right. The dining area sits just off the kitchen, making it easy to gather, eat and plan the day’s adventures.
Sleeping arrangements are simple and comfortable: the primary bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The sectional in the living room can provide additional sleeping space so the home can accommodate up to 5 guests. Beds are made with soft linens and extra blankets for chilly winter nights.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious, pet-friendly, fully fenced backyard that’s perfect for pets, kids or just hanging out. There’s a private hot tub, and a firepit with seating and string lights that create a cozy glow once you light your fire. On clear evenings you can watch the sun set over the trees from your own fenced yard, right from the patio or firepit seating area. The front porch is another nice place for morning coffee while you enjoy the quiet neighborhood.
Fast Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and easy self check-in round out the space so you can settle in quickly and focus on enjoying your time in the Smokies

You’ll have full private access to the entire cottage during your stay, including both bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, front porch and the fully fenced backyard with hot tub, fire pit and seating.
Check-in is keyless with a unique door code programmed to start at 4:00 PM on your arrival day, so you can arrive on your own schedule. There is driveway parking right in front of the house for easy unloading, and motion-sensor/flood lights that come on after dark to light your way to the door.
Other things to note
This is our cozy getaway cottage in Sevierville, near the Smoky Mountains. We’re a small, hands-on host team and we care a lot about keeping the space peaceful and well cared for, for you and for future guests.
- No parties or events. This is a calm residential neighborhood and we strictly enforce quiet hours. If you're looking for a place to party, this property is not the right fit for that.
- Guest limits: Max of 6 registered guests for any stay. We ask that the primary guest be at least 21 and staying at the property. No extra visitors beyond the reservation without prior approval.
- Pets: Dogs are welcome with prior approval. For winter stays (January–February), we’ve waived our usual $25 pet fee for up to 2 dogs. Dogs must be house-trained, picked up after in the yard, and crated if left alone. Please pick up after them and supervise them in the yard. If you plan to leave your dog alone in the cottage, we strongly recommend bringing a crate for their safety and to help protect the space. We kindly ask that pets stay off the beds and furniture. Bringing their beds, a favorite blanket or pet throw can help them feel more comfortable. The yard is fully fenced in.
- Older home charm & updates: This is an older cottage we’ve updated and loved over time, so you may notice a bit of character here and there. We’ve recently refreshed the living room furniture, doors and floors, and added new appliances and fixtures throughout the home.
- Weather & roads: In winter, there can occasionally be snow or ice in the Smokies. Roads and walkways may be slick at times, please drive with care and use extra caution on steps and outdoor surfaces.
- Communication: We like to maintain light, friendly contact with our guests, especially around check-in. You’ll receive a welcome message from us when you arrive; no pressure, just checking in to make sure your getaway starts off right and that everything feels good and you have what you need. We’re very responsive and happy to help if anything comes up.
Our goal is that the cottage feels more like a home than a rental for calm, respectful guests (and their pups). If that sounds like you, we think you’ll love it here.
*Exterior security cameras on property
We have one security camera above the front porch facing the front door and one in the back of the house facing the back door. The cameras are on 24/7 for security and are not monitored during guest stays.
