The space
The Space

With design inspired by a modern Boho mid-century theme and southern Florida charm, your vacation home is graced with warm color tones, plentiful art, décor, and house plants. The home features high ceilings with ambient lighting throughout. At this charming fully upgraded home, quality and comfort are prioritized- all of the furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, and linens are luxury, hotel quality. Each bedroom is unique with themes of florals, boho and abstract colorful. The home fits a family with kids or the business professional.

Dining Area

The open plan dining room is outfitted with an Acacia wood dining table for 8 with black chairs and a gorgeous gold chandelier over the table. There is a geometric designed charcoal grey accent wall which stands out behind the dining table. Enjoy the farmhouse rustic table scape with woven rattan placemats, black coated cutlery, gold rimmed glassware and sage green napkins encased in beaded rings.

The Kitchen

The brand-new chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking necessities and includes a coffee bar station with a luxury filter coffee machine. There are stainless steel appliances including an impressive double door fridge with an ice maker. Extras include a retro blender and toaster, indoor and outdoor dinnerware, glasses for 8, and all the pots, pans, bowls and utensils you need. The home has been fully renovated to include gorgeous quartz counter tops with shaker finished cabinets and gold finishes. Watch the Chef at work from the dining room and living room areas.

The Bedrooms

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is decorated in a Bohemian- style finish. Sleep in luxury on the king-sized upholstered platform bed with modern white end tables, remote controlled ceiling fan, personal desk with a magnificent mirror and industrial dimmable lamps with Edison lights. The windows surround the room and bring in natural light to illuminate the space. There is plenty of closet space and a smart HD T.V. for streaming your favorite movies and shows. The room has room-darkening blinds and dressed with cream shades with black flower prints and black tassels.

The 2nd bedroom has a full off-white fabric bed with gold end tables and ceramic blue and cream lamps. The room is blooming with floral tones, blues, sage and gold.. The bed sits on a light sage palm leaf rug. There is plenty of closet space and a mid-century navy dresser, a remote controlled ceiling fan, and a smart HD T.V. for streaming. The windows share views of the lovely front patio and has room- darkening blinds and gorgeous floral drapes hanging from gold rods.

The 3rd bedroom/ Kids room has a white bunk bed with a trundle bed. The bed sleeps 3 comfortably. There is a small kids desk and chair, dresser with colorful fabric cubbies, a moon lit night light and a string of colorful tassels wall to wall. The room has room-darkening blinds and white drapes with tassels.

The 4th bedroom has a queen sage upholstered platform bed with two white end tables and unique gold framed Edison bulb lamps. The rug is striped with multiple colors which are picked up by the brightly colorful artwork. The room has large windows with direct views of the pool deck and patio, room darkening blinds and linen drapery hanging from gold rods.

The Bathrooms

The first en-suite bathroom is located in the master bedroom. Newly upgraded with stunning tile, new vanity with large round industrial/ farmhouse mirror and a step-in luxurious shower encased in glass and decorated in marbled tile.

The 2nd bathroom is situated between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. This bathroom has also been newly updated with large marbled tiles, modern black industrial farmhouse fixtures and mirror, grey shaker-style vanity and glass encased bath/ shower.

Living Room

This space has a warm and bright farmhouse meets boho style. This is the first space you step into from the front entrance. With a large farmhouse window mirror and entry table with flowers and baskets. The living room has two convertible sleeper sofas, one a rich green velvet and the other a fabric bright sunflower yellow. 2 Mid-century armchairs sit side by side facing a stunning console, large sunhat and boho inspired artwork and mirror. There is a simplistic yet stylish gold floor and end table lamp, floor plant and red and cream throw blanket tucked in a basket.

The Playroom

This space is perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy hours of fun at the pool table while sipping on cocktails made from the bar cart with gold accessories. Lounge on the L-shaped sofa Infront of the 43" HD Smart TV and stream your favorite shows and movies. The space is decorated with two royal blue velvet chairs with gold legs which sit either side a gold and glass table. The swirls of blues, creams, greys and golds on the rug accentuate the different medium artwork throughout.

The Laundry Room

There is a large capacity washer and dryer with all the detergents and cleaning products needed.

The Outdoors

The outdoors is truly a tropical oasis. Spend hours in the newly refinished sparkling blue heated pool (Pool heating fee applies). Enjoy outdoor dining for 6 at the Acacia topped rattan dining table and a string of romantic lights above which line the back of the house. There is a rattan lounging set for 4-6 under a newly built wood pergola with romantic string lighting. An impressive outdoor kitchen with built in grill will be a hit for the BBQ fanatic. The yard is fully fenced and dotted with lovely palms perfectly manicured lawn, up-lighting and surrounding plants.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property.

Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY.

Must be 30y/o or older to book.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

NO EVENTS: This includes any bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, holiday, engagement parties, or any work meetings.

Pets:

We allow a maximum 2 dogs and charge a non-refundable pet fee (no cats). That fee depends on the breed and size of the dog. Please pick up after you dog and keep them off the furniture, if possible. All pets need to be pre-approved, service animals are welcome.

*Please note it is Florida and with the warmer wet climate there are mosquitos and sometime bugs that may come in or around the home. We do have a pest control service the property monthly but please take precautions and use bug repellent.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm and we ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10pm be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside. Thanks for understanding!
