Our stay was comfortable and the kids had a great time. Gail, our host went above and beyond resolving a few minor issues She was always available for any questions we may have had. The parking is a little complicated but all was good. Thank you and see you in a couple of weeks for another family get together.

Property had 6 bedrooms and each with its own new bathroom. Very spacious house with plenty of deck space with beautiful views and room for our 5 families. Host was extremely generous and super responsive. House and pool were well taken care of everyday. Although the dock is not right in front of the house it is easy to get to and we parked a boat there for three of the days. The kids loved swimming off the dock. If you have numerous families, this is a great space.

Everything was as advertised, and both the owner and property manager are attentive and quick to respond to any issues. There is a LOT of space in this home, so our party of 12 never felt like we were on top of each other. The views are amazing, and we saw bald eagles, several deer, and even a raccoon (who made nightly visits).

We recently stayed at this VRBO on Lake Ozark with a group of 15 people. Overall, we had a good stay. The best feature of the property was definitely the incredible views of Lake. Whether we were inside the house or relaxing on one of the multiple porches, the scenery was beautiful and made for a very enjoyable experience. We also loved having access to the lake and spent a lot of time swimming, which was a highlight of our trip.The house itself is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our entire group of 15, providing plenty of room for everyone to gather and spread out.On the downside, the home is quite dated and could benefit from repairs and general maintenance. While it was functional for our stay, updating the property and addressing some maintenance issues would greatly improve the overall experience.Overall, we enjoyed our time together, especially the lake views, outdoor spaces, and swimming.

Dad’s celebration of life

Our whole family stayed in this house for four days and had a wonderful time. The views are amazing from the inside and the outdoor spaces are incredible! Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful estate

Our entire family, 17 of us, enjoyed our 5 nights at Edgewater Estate. This was a vacation we will always remember! The house is impressive, but comfortable. The bedrooms are pure luxury. Our crew enjoyed the pool, tennis court and fishing from the dock. The view is gorgeous... best at the lake!

Awesome place and views

This place was spectacular! There were 6 adults staying here. Very roomy! The views were impeccable! It had everything we needed from cookware to necessities! It was very clean and accommodating! The dock was very nice as well. We brought (2) 28’ speed boats and it was great. Hank, the handyman, was very helpful with anything we needed. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

I can't say enough good things about this property. From the location on the water, the pool/hot tub, sleeping accommodations, well stocked with dishes and supplies, 2 fridges, views, fishing, slide on owners dock, tennis court and much more. Our family had such a good time and the host was great to communicate with. The property is well maintained and beautiful. Thank you for sharing you place with us.

Wonderful family gathering. Has so much to offer

The property is so special. We had 7 granddaughters and the dorm room was perfect. Loved having the pool right off the kitchen. It is very unique and there were places we didn’t even sit in. You won’t be disappointed

50th Wedding Vow Celebration

This was our second stay at the Edgewater. Accommodations were perfect for our family celebration consisting of 4 generations. Swimming, sunning, fishing, etc. Property is unique with beautiful views and wonderful sunsets. Well appointed with everything we needed and more.

We stayed in the winter so we did not go in the lake or out on the water. The lake, however, is beautiful, and the property is a wonderful place to gather with a large family. Lots of seating in the main living area, and so many bedrooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds and tons of extra towels.The main room has gorgeous sunset views with a baby grand piano and a pool table. We spent evenings all together playing games and cards in the very expansive great room and kitchen. We were not able to use the pool as it was winterized so cannot comment on that. We went right after Christmas so just advice that some businesses were closed but this not reflected on the business websites. Grocery and drugstores are very close and easy to access. The host was responsive and helped us with anything we needed. Beautiful home and a wonderful vacation was had by all.

July 10-15 family vacation

The staff were very attentive to our needs. The pool cleaning crew were very patient with my 3 year old grandson that was trying to be the supervisor. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. It was great for our large group of 18. Five separate individual extended families. The pool was awesome. The sunset views were amazing. The kitchens were perfect for cooking for the large group. It was a very memorable experience.

Great place, great service

The facility is great, note, lots of stairs. If you have folks that don’t do well with stairs this is not the place. However, the view was amazing! We had plenty of space. The ac went out one night and was fixed swiftly!

Best view on the Lake!

This house was great for our 3-generation family vacation. The young children loved exploring the inside and outside of the house. The older generation loved the views from the balcony and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house is due for some updates but the views of the lake from almost all rooms of the house are over the top and make up up for it. The pool and hot tub were cleaned/maintained daily, so the water was always in excellent condition and a very nice temperature. Tons of beach and bath towels are provided, along with a washer/dryer to use during your stay. Any concerns we had during our stay were quickly addressed through the property management staff.

40th Anniversary

Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with kids, grandkids, and friends. House was perfect for 10 adults and 6 kids under 10. Beautiful property, fantastic views, clean pool, and access to a visitor dock for our boat rental and the owner let us use their dock for swimming and fishing. Kids caught a ton of bluegill, sunfish from the fishing deck on the lower floor. Kitchen and butler kitchen were perfect for a guest chef, both kitchens were fully furnished. Property maintenance men came almost everyday to clean the pool, water plants and check-in for any problems. Would highly recommend!!

A jewel property on Lake of the Ozarks!

We had an amazing experience staying in this architectural wonder on Lake of the Ozarks. The huge spaces made our group of 14 comfortable in every way. The views...oh my gosh, the views! We were treated to an incredible lighting storm that we viewed from the 22 ft. wall of glass looking over the water, all the while playing "rain songs" on the grand piano! We had just one minor issue while using the indoor grill in the catering kitchen; the exhaust fan was not strong enough to clear the smoke. That was a minor issue that paled in comparison to the all of the wonderful things this house has to offer!
