This simple and affordable quaint studio has 1 bathroom, a microwave and small fridge (no kitchen or pots and pans)and a large closet, ideal for 4 adults. The room is set up as a typical hotel-style with an open concept studio with a small kitchenette (no stove), some countertop space and a mini-fridge and microwave for your convenience.

We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the Airbnb app, however, we only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Hallandale Beach is a city in South Florida very well known for its beautiful beaches. It is only minutes from the City of Aventura, Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale and about 20 minutes from Miami Beach.

The apartment is in a complex a few blocks from new development, new restaurants, and new stores. Also near is a Walmart Supercenter, a CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, and many national and local restaurants and supermarkets.

Our neighbors are working class. In front of the complex there is a trailer park for 55+, mainly retired Americans and Canadians.

The apartment is 2 miles from the beach, and close to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Mall, Gulfstream Race and Casino, Hard Rock Stadium, Hollywood Beach, Hollywood Boulevard and many more.

Hallandale Beach is a city which offers many convenient ways to move around. Uber, Lyft, public buses, local buses, and taxi are all options when visiting Hallandale Beach. Renting a car is also a great option to visit Miami, Ft Lauderdale, the Florida Keys, and other nearby cities.
•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $15 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $75 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering we will cancel your reservation with NO REFUND of unused nights.

•EXTRA GUESTS not allowed without prior authorization.

•No smoking inside $250 fine

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip insurance through Airbnb to protect your investment from any unexpected cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

- You may get visits from local lizzards and iguanas. Make sure you, your friends and family members are not afraid of them.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
