As part of your stay, you’ll get access to everything the Lake Arrowhead Association has to offer. This includes access to two member-only heated outdoor pools, two member-only beaches, tennis courts, a basketball court, and more.

This two-bedroom home, fully renovated in Fall 2024, has a living room on the main level, a television room on the lower level, a game room on the lower level, and a laundry room. The lower-level game room includes Pop-A-Shot, air hockey, board games and puzzles, and a mini putting green. The kids will love watching movies or playing video games in the lower-level television room, while the adults enjoy the upstairs. Thanks to the home's high-speed Wi-Fi, everyone can connect their devices and stream.

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you’ll need to cook meals at home or enjoy some of the great restaurants in the area. Our favorite restaurant is the Greenside Grille, which is only one mile from the house. There’s a Kwik Trip and Dollar General within three miles of the house, and a Super Walmart in nearby Wisconsin Rapids.

Head outside and enjoy the valley views from the backyard deck and firepit. Go for a walk or run in the quiet wooded neighborhood, and say hi to the deer and turkey who wander by the house. Nearby Lake Arrowhead is a 295-acre lake. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. Or catch the Shermalot Ski Team show on Lake Arrowhead.

Extra comforts in the home include unlimited hot water thanks to the tankless on-demand water system, central air, ceiling fans, sound machines, humidifiers, a space heater, and extra pillows and blankets.

The home’s safety features include a baby gate, first aid kit, carbon monoxide detectors on each floor, multiple fire extinguishers and smoke detectors, motion lights in the front and back, and a Ring camera at the front door.

Bring your entire golf foursome to the house for a getaway. There are multiple golf courses within two miles of the home, including Sand Valley, one of the highest-rated courses in the United States. Or, for the younger golfers, drive two miles to Papa Bear’s Mini-Golf.

Drive only 14 miles to enjoy the water slides at the Witter Park Aquatic Center, or catch a Northwoods League baseball game at neighboring Witter Field. Ho-Chunk Gaming Nekoosa is 18 miles away, and Wisconsin Dells is less than an hour's drive.
