Conveniently located 90 minutes from Donald Sangster airport. 7 minutes from Ocho Rios, where you can find attractions like the famous Dunns River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove, and Margaritaville. 5 minutes from Columbus, aka DraxHall Beach, numerous restaurants serving local and international cuisine within 5-10 minutes.
The space
Open concept 3-bedroom bungalow. The main living area includes 47 inch smart TV with premium cable and WIFI and AC throughout the main area.
Outlets include USB ports for easy charging.

The entire home has ceiling fans throughout.

The bedrooms have queen-sized beds in each room with large closet space, a dresser, and side tables, There is AC in 2 out of 3 bedrooms with one containing a safe for storing valuables.

The main bathroom has tub/shower with granite counters and floating vanity. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in glass shower, large closets, and dressers for storage.
All wood furniture is made using locally sourced cedar for durability.

Large kitchen equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, Keurig and french press coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and cooking utensils, including coffee, tea, and basic seasonings.

In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, sink, and laundry soap. There is a clothesline located on the back verandah and one in the backyard space.

There are two enclosed patios located at the front and back of the home. The back patio has an additional 2-piece bathroom and a wet bar.
