The Dugout is a fun baseball-themed studio designed for families visiting Branson ⚾. With resort amenities, games, and a convenient location near the area’s top attractions, it’s the perfect home base for your Branson adventure.

Inside the condo you’ll find a kitchenette with an island and seating, a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. For entertainment, enjoy the arcade system with 100+ classic games 🎮, plus outdoor games available at the resort.

Guests also have access to shared resort amenities including a seasonal pool 🏊‍♂️, hot tub ♨️, and community fire pit 🔥 for making s’mores and relaxing evenings.

The Dugout is located on the lower backside of the building and can be accessed by approximately 10 steps or a ramp on the side of the building.

🐾 Pet Policy

We’re happy to offer this condo as pet-friendly and appreciate your help in keeping it that way. If you plan to bring a pet, please review and agree to the following:

• 💵 Pet fee required
• 🐶 One dog only, 25 lb max (resort rule)
• 🛏️ No pets on furniture, beds, or loft area
• 🦮 Pets must be leashed outside and crated when unattended
• 🧹 Please clean up after your pet (a $75 fee may apply if not)
• 🩺 Pets must be on flea/tick prevention

All pets must be pre-approved before arrival. Unapproved pets may result in cancellation of the stay without refund per resort rules.
