Located in the private Arrowhead Lake Community our cabin is a 15 min walk to sand Beach 3 & Island Pool, and a short drive to many Pocono attractions!

The space
This is a single story house with space for up to three cars in the driveway.
There is a grill, two fire pits: one in the front yard and one in the backyard.

Layout:
1. Master bedroom with queen bed
2. Second bedroom with queen bed
3. Living room with two sofas that convert into single beds (sheets, pillows, and comforters provided). Perfect sleeping place for kids.
4. Sunroom with a third sofa (also reclines into a single bed)
One bathroom with a tub, double sink, and heated floors.
A large dinning table.
Plenty of couch space in the living room next to a wood burning fire place.
Skylights allow for stargazing from the comfort of the living room sofa!

The open kitchen and living room floor plan provides the perfect space for guests to cook and entertain together. Enjoy morning tea and coffee on us (coffee and tea provided).

Bedsheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels are provided to guests along with soap, shampoo, conditioner, other toiletries, and hair dryer.
Guest house slippers are provided for your comfort.

Breakfast essential provided: coffee, tea, sugar, and oatmeal.
Cooking essentials provided: pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, oil, and spices.

Noise: Please be considerate of our
neighbors. Loud music past 10pm will most likely be reported to the community security if it's bothering the neighbors.

I can accommodate a check in / out ANYTIME if I don't have another booking on the same day and if you communicate with me in advance. Otherwise Check in is 4pm, Check out is 12pm.

The TV is a ROKU smart TV that has Netflix, Amazon, HBO, and other streaming services available. The TV has a guest mode where you will be able to enter the dates of your stay and will be signed out automatically. Strong wi-fi is available throughout the house.

HEATING: Fireplace, smart controlled baseboards in addition to remote controlled AC / Heat units installed in bedrooms and living room. Extra plug-in heaters are provided as well if needed.

COOLING: WE HAVE A/C. That's right. Most of the Pocono houses do not have a cooling system installed, but our house has multiple remote controlled AC units (in both bedrooms and living room). A fan is also provided in addition. We suggest keeping windows closed during the day and opening everything up in the evening to let the cool air in.

Grill BBQ: Outside on the front porch is a gas grill and picnic table for outdoor dining. Head to the front yard to enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit.

ARROWHEAD LAKE COMMUN ITY REGISTRATION FEES
The Arrowhead Lake Community is a beautiful gated lake community in the Pocono Mountains. There are
- 2 lakes with 4 beaches, each with its own playground
- 3 seasonal swimming pools
- tennis courts
- basketball court
- sledding hill within the community
- a lodge with a billiards room, fitness center, and library
The community holds events throughout the year such as bonfires, fireworks, live music, sip & paint nights, movie nights on the beach.

IMPORTANT: Arrowhead Lake Community Rental Policy
& Temporary Membership Fees
Arrowhead Lake Guest Registration: Please note that in order to enter this gated community, travelers must pay additional fees to Arrowhead Lake.

- Community Registration Fee is $20 per booking.
- Car/Gate passes are $20 per each vehicle.
- Temporary Membership Passes (amenity access wristbands) are mandatory for each guest age 6 & older and cost $6 per person per night.
- if bookings 7 to 10 nights l will cover an additional $50 worth of the temporary membership fees.
- if booking 10 nights or more l l will cover an additional $80 worth of the temporary membership fees.

For example if you are a party of 4 adults staying 2 nights and arriving in a single car, then your community fees total will be $93.

These steps take just a few moments of your time and help our community maintain high safety standards for all.
After booking your stay please message me the following:
- vehicle Information: Driver's Name, Car Make, Model, Year, License Plate & State.
We can work out the fees together depending on how many nights you will be staying.
You can confirm these requirements by calling the community office at 570 646 one-seven-seven-one or at the Arrowhead community website.

Garbage: There is a garbage and Recycle center at the front gate below the member services building where we ask guests to drop off trash before leaving. It is a drive-through center with someone there to help you get the trash out of the car.

Wildlife: Besides the cutest squirrels and chipmunks running around we also have deer and bear sightings. Please be mindful of leaving food outside that will attract animals.
