St. Augustine Artist Angela has carefully selected every detail of her newly built coastal style home aka (Casa Del Mar) for the enjoyment of your comfort. Situated in a quiet, safe, new community just minutes to literally “ALL” St. Augustine has to offer. Perfect for Snowbirds, home shoppers relocating, business & family stays. Min. 28 day stay, longer stays at a special rate are welcomed. Salt water pool, gym, 2 playgrounds & Treaty park & dog run just steps away.
The space
Step into the welcoming entry foyer , hang up your jacket in the hall closet and feel the serenity. Two flanking bedrooms, each with two brand new super comfy twin beds and new mattresses , new bedding. Each of these bedrooms has their own television and cable. They share a centered hall full bathroom with tub/ shower combo. Bedroom 1 is decorated with serene neutral sand & white tones having a semi formal beach vibe. Bedroom 2 features nautical decor with navy blue beds and bed covers. A second dedicated workspace is provided in this bedroom.

Laundry room just steps away off the hall with full size washer and dryer. Laundry soap and fabric softener is provided. Ironing board and iron .

Enter on the left , the spacious open concept area encompassing a new modern, fully equipped, stainless steel ,white cabinet kitchen with center island lending itself to conversation and co- cooking with other guests, or just join in by sitting on one of the counter stools as you sample some goodies in your welcome box.
A cozy yet spacious living room at your right shares two large comfy white slip covered Cindy Crawford and Pottery Barn sofas ( 1 has a queen size sofa bed) The main living area decor is modern beach, featuring several glass furnishings, black and white and Sandy tones blend beautifully into this open concept common area. A 55 inch television with cable are in the living area.
A dedicated work space is in the common area with high speed internet. Note pads and pencils/pens provided ( copy machine w/ paper is available upon request)

The whimsical modern triangular black high top dining table is perfect for cocktails and dinner, table linens and placemats provided. A flanking unique designer beverage cart is fully
stocked with a variety of soft drinks and accoutrements.

A reading corner with Wasilly chairs and tropical palm tree lamp is cozy and a great little conversation or reading area.

The private master bedroom is at the far left end of the house, away from the other two bedrooms. It has a super comfy king size bed, two full dressers, 2 night stands, and a reclining leather chair. Two large walk-in closets , are situated along with your own very private en-suite, w/ 2 sink double vanity , easy entry access walk in shower, and a separate water closet housing a private toilet. All Toiletries provided.

The back yard is a partially fenced and vast, nearly 1/4 acre of grassy space great for tossing a ball, playing a corn hole game ( provided) or a hand of badminton ( paddles and birdies provided) (basketball and pickle ball paddles and balls provided to play at Treaty Park courts)

A more perfect family home with on-site and nearby amenities in walking distance doesn’t exist.
A great home to reconnect with
friends and family in the most historical city in America. Dogs are Welcome with additional non-refundable fee. Not to exceed two dogs. Documentation of up to date veterinary vaccines and specifically “Simparica” Flea and tic regimen is required.
Cats are considered with same requirements as above. Inquire with any further questions. No exotic pets or HOA restricted breeds.

•Proof of “Simparica”regimen; usage must be confirmed at least one month prior to check in, via (Dated Prescription from veterinarian must be provided.)
•No outside visiting pets of any kind.
•Sofa covers will be provided for pets.
•Please keep dogs off the beds.
Pets will be provided with a bed of their own.
•Pet bowls & 1 pet bed, 1 package of wee wee pads and poopie pick up bags will be provided. (Treaty Park dog run is in walking distance).
•Please keep all pets indoors unless leashed dogs are being walked. Do not leave pets unleashed or outdoors unattended.

•Families with small children are graciously welcome.
Please be mindful that Casa Del Mar is decorated with several glass tables.
Short term lease (30 day min.) requires signature before or upon check in.
Quiet time is all the time.
No parties or gatherings of any kind. No vaping/ smoking or illegal substance use of any sort in or around the property
