Flagler Cottage: In Historic Downtown : Includes Private Beach Parking!

Beautiful self-contained Guest House in the Historic District. Just a few minutes walk to all the top attractions, restaurants & all that downtown has to offer. Flagler Cottage is new to the market and is connected to one of the premier properties in the Historic Flagler Model Land District. You'll find no other property here that offers room for 6 guests, with spacious living areas, offers on-site parking for two vehicles PLUS includes free (secure) oceanfront parking on St Augustine Beach!

Inside the Cottage offers plenty of living space. On the main floor, there is a primary bedroom suite with a king bed and adjacent full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and hanging closet space. There is another full bathroom central to the two bedrooms. All bathrooms have a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. Please note there are no tubs in either bathroom. The Cottage has full WiFi throughout and an interior Washer and Dryer for guest use.

Need to work? There's a huge dining room table with ample workspace and the Cottage also provides a Multi-Function Office printer for your use during your stay.

We have preserved the casual cozy feeling of our 1894 Historic, Flagler Built, Carriage House while still giving you the convenience you deserve. There is a modern HD 65" flat screen TV in the living room and 50" wall mounted TV's in each of the upstairs bedrooms. All TV's are ROKU enabled and ready for streaming. (Cable TV is provided on Living Room TV Only)

For those wanting to spend a day at the Beach, finding parking is notoriously horrible- But not for our guests! We offer complimentary secure and exclusive oceanfront parking for up to two vehicles directly on Saint Augustine Beach for the duration of your stay. Leave the Cottage, and in 15 short minutes, park your car and within 2 minutes have your feet in the sand and never ever worry about needing to find a parking spot.

Please note there is not any exterior seating or smoking areas, we do not rent the home to guests younger than 25 years of age and it is strictly Non-Smoking / Vaping ANYWHERE in the Cottage (or) on the grounds of the property. We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay, but if you're looking for a place to party (or) for your girl or guys group to come to celebrate an event, then this is definitely NOT the house for you. Due to our location and quiet neighbors, we are set-up specifically for couples groups or small families looking for a peaceful, fun and relaxing stay.

Flagler Cottage is a beautiful Guest House connected to one of Saint Augustine’s premier properties, recently renovated in 2023. Rest assured it is completely self-contained and there are no access points between the main house and the guest house. You will have peace and complete privacy during your stay and have the entire guest house for your enjoyment, but also the convenience of knowing your hosts and owners are right next door should you need anything at all.

We want Flagler Cottage to become the place that you return to as a yearly tradition. A space where you can create many great memories of carefree times with family and friends. To ensure that, we have one very important rule: When you step into this Historic Carriage House, please leave your troubles behind - it's now time to relax and enjoy this amazing city.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
Our Cottage allows couples or small families to have some personal space while still spending time together. The guest house can easily accommodate 6 people (3 Couples). We do not allow additional bedding or guests sleeping on furniture. The house is not suitable for very small children, as there is no protection available on stairs or other internal equipment.

We have a strict two-vehicle parking limit on the grounds at any time. Additional vehicles will need to secure street parking, which is free in this location of Downtown but sometimes hard to secure. The City provides a Downtown parking Facility with 1,200 spaces (for a fee) which is just a half-mile walk from the property. Strictly no trailers, RV's, Boats or other large vehicles allowed on property.

We do not allow weddings, wedding groups, parties, celebrations, or events of any nature in the home or on the property. Commercial use of the property is also strictly not permitted. Guest numbers may not exceed 6 people at any time.

The individual booking must be present at check-in (and) be a guest at the Cottage for the duration of the stay (We don't allow bookings made on behalf of others). No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian. There is also NO guest swapping OR additional visiting guests permitted on the property during your stay. The only people allowed into the Cottage (and on the property) are the guests approved from the initial booking.

No Pets - No Exceptions
Our strict no-pet policy is in place because our young daughter is extremely allergic to animals. Due to the severity of her allergies, service animals are also not permitted on the property.

Violation of any house rules is grounds for removal from property without refund.
