Our property is the perfect family getaway located in Ocean City, New Jersey, America's greatest family resort. Ocean City is a family oriented resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean about 20 minutes south of the Atlantic City casinos. Most of our beaches are lifeguard protected in the summer. There is a bayfront area for watersports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. We have a 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is a music pier entertainment venue built out over the ocean for concerts and other events!

Our beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet residential neighborhood perfectly positioned between 10th & 11th on Central Avenue. Asbury Avenue is just one block away, placing you in heart of downtown shopping and award winning restaurants. Tenth Street beach and boardwalk is only 2 blocks away!

Our clean, spacious and tastefully decorated 2nd floor condo boasts an open floor plan with a living room featuring a 40" HDTV and sectional sleeper sofa. Our home is perfectly suited for singles and families alike.

Four bedrooms (pillows purchased this season/ protectors) and two full baths complete our home.

Enjoy the large balcony overlooking Central Ave. It is furnished with dinning table for 8 and a comfortable sectional. This is a perfect place to relax with a good book or enjoy a meal with your loved ones or friends.

(Sorry, but grills are not allowed by associationl). However, condo has a fully equipped kitchen.

Our condo also includes streaming HD CABLE TV, ROKU with NETFLIX, HULU, DISNEY +, HIGH SPEED INTERNET WITH secured WIFI .

It features hardwood floors in the great room, recessed lighting, central air and 5 ceiling fans.

SIX BEACH BADGES are included as well as beach chairs and gear.

Park your car in either the garage or driveway and walk to everything! Parking is FREE on Central Ave. No need to move your car!

Outdoor shower and storage for beach equipment

Separate laundry closet has washer and dryer.
