Feel at ease swimming under the waterfalls of the 2 easily-accessible community pools in this space, or relax on the balcony of this beautiful condo to enjoy the crisp mountain air during your stay.

The Space:
Make this vacation one of the best of your life in this recently-updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with a prime location on 13th fairway of the Canyons Golf Course that sleeps up to 4 guests.

Once you enter this cozy and comfortable space, you’ll immediately be met with a gorgeous gas fireplace that’s perfect to sit in front of after a long day spent on the slopes. Hang out on the snug leather couch with a perfect view of the mantle-mounted 49-inch smart TV, or pull out the trundle bed for one of the most perfect naps of your life. The kitchen is centrally-located and contains only the best in Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, as well as a small dining area that will seat up to 4 guests. From here, it’s just a few steps to the balcony, which offers a great view of the Canyons Golf Course and the mountains beyond, and this spot is perfect to spend an hour with your morning cup of coffee, just taking in the sights.

Step on into the bedroom, which features a massive king-sized bed for you to sleep on, as well as huge windows that let in the mountain and valley views. You’ll feel right at home in this space, which also gives guests access to the bathroom area, where you’ll find a beautiful marble-topped vanity and a shower/tub combo, complete with luxurious glass sliding doors. The laundry area is only a few steps away, featuring a washer and dryer combo to ensure that your clothes stay clean while you’re on vacation.

Not only is this condo a great jumping off point for your Park City vacation, it’s also within walking distance to the Cabriolet Shuttle Lift as well as the Red Pine Gondola, making skiing simple and easy when you stay in this coveted location. Be sure to check out the community pools and hot tubs, which offer a beautiful deck as well as waterfalls to bask under.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo, including keycard access for the 2 community pools and 2 hot tubs to relax in. Parking is shared with the community on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Neighborhood:
This condo has a prime location just off of the Canyons Golf Course, with easy walking access to the Cabriolet Shuttle Lift as well as the Red Pine Gondola for your mountain adventures. Not only that, but this home is just a 10-minute drive away from all of Park City’s attractions, including the Park City Historic District, which contains some amazing eateries, unique boutiques, and art galleries that will blow your mind.

Getting Around:
Getting around Park City is easy and free with High Valley Transit–the closest stop to this condo is the Canyon Village Transit Hub, just 0.5mi up the road, and from there it’s easy to access all of Park City’s adventures and attractions. Uber/Lyft are always available as well if public transportation doesn’t meet your needs.

If getting to the best runs down the mountain is more your style, take the Cabriolet Shuttle Lift down to the Park City Mountain resort base for everything skiing and boarding related, or ride the Red Pine Gondola to check out your favorite runs. While you’re in town, check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Recreation Facility Hours:
Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Winter (Friday after Thanksgiving to the 2nd weekend of April): 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The Clubhouse is closed from the second weekend in April until Memorial Day and from the day after Labor Day to Thanksgiving for repairs and maintenance.

Please note that the Clubhouse is currently closed for the off-season.
We will open for the Winter season on Friday, November 24th. Winter hours are 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM daily.

Winter amenities include heated pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, and dry sauna.
Please be aware of clubhouse and pool rules (full details on our website).
Important reminders:
A pool pass is REQUIRED for access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna
Absolutely NO GLASS OR ALCOHOL
The guest limit is 10 guests per Townhome unit

Red Pine Community: Rules and Regulations

Pool and Clubhouse
- No glass or alcohol: Prohibited items include glass bottles, alcohol in cans, and all other forms of alcohol
- No smoking or vaping: Prohibited items include cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes, cigars, joints, and all other smoking materials. As per the Utah Clean Air Act, smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any building or recreational area
-Pool passes are required for entry
-Maximum pool guests for Townhomes: 10 people
-All children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times
-Failure to abide by Pool and Clubhouse rules may result in loss of pool access.

Red Pine Townhomes

- Parking: Each unit has two parking spaces in their carport – one covered, one uncovered. - Residents must only park in the spaces connected to their own unit.
- Vehicles may not be parked in front of dumpsters or on the street to allow for trash
pickup and snow plowing.

Trash
- All waste (trash and recycling) must be placed in the appropriately marked bins.
- Absolutely no furniture, appliances, or construction waste is permitted in the Red Pine
dumpsters. These items must be hauled off property to a dump.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for quickest response.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

Really poorly managed property.
Let’s start with these messages from Local VR (the mgt company) - “If there were any issues with your stay, please don’t hesitate to tell us, as we want to ensure we can resolve them for our NEXT guest” and “If you are unable to leave us 5 stars, please don’t hesitate to contact us.” During my stay, I was in contact DAILY with Local VR using the VRBO chat and with their answering service as the heat in the living room didn’t work. A gas fireplace heats the living room and while maintenance did come out to light the pilot light but the fireplace never worked. This was disappointing as I had to take the time away from my vacation to put attention to this. I’d hoped that you would focus on your current guest instead of trying to fix the issue for the next guest. I gave Local VR every chance to make it right and I even told them (on day 3) about the upcoming poor review if the heat wasn’t fixed… the only person to reach out was the maintenance contact and finally resigned that the fix was more than they were capable of. So… to the property owners, look for a new management company. Regarding the property itself, very clean and a nicely updated old condo. The kitchen was nicely appointed, washer/dryer was very nice to have, boot heater is a bonus, and the bed was comfy. My only request would be add a couple power strips by the night stands in the bedroom. The Canyons connect app is must, they’ll get you around Canyons with very little wait.

Lovely Little Condo
Had a great stay. Condo was as described and location was perfect. Short walk to the lift to get up to the base of the mountain. There is also a free Canyons shuttle that pickup/drop off right at the building, works like Uber/Lyft to request a ride. That was a huge plus! Dishes and cookware were great. Really glad to have a coffee maker and small bag of coffee grounds and creamer! Host was very nice in answering questions and their website with all the info they share after check in was great, I wish everyone had something like that! Couple of little quirks that were not a deal breaker but would be helpful to know in advance: heat was weird, only a small fireplace for the main area and didn't want to leave that on all the time. Just wish I would've had slippers, the floor was cold! No blinds on the sliding door to the patio. Again not a huge deal for me but would've been nice for some privacy when relaxing on the couch, if anyone was sleeping on the pull out bed it would've been frustrating. There was no Kleenex which you really need in the mountains in winter. I bought a box for a couple bucks and left it there, hope it helps the next guests! Overall a great stay, perfect little condo at a great price during ski season! Would stay here again!

Place was functional and clean, the location great, and the owners/managers were responsive, but it is not a higher-end property. The furnishings were OK and the electrical outlets were primitive. But it fit our needs and the value was appropriate.

Well the audio on our tv set didn’t work for a day, we didn’t have a full set of shades in the living room so couldn’t keep light out or limit anyone looking in. No blanket to use on couch. And difficult to enter the shower, open on one side
