This lovely bright and light beach home offers everything you will need for an incredible getaway in Rockport! With plushly furnished bedrooms, deluxe bathrooms, and upper and lower covered decks, this home will be sure to exceed your expectations. This home offers amazing community amenities such as access to a private beach, a fishing pier, and a shared swimming pool.

When you enter this home, you will notice the open concept as the living room, breakfast room, and kitchen are all open and flow from one to the other. There is also a half bath for your convenience. The living room features a smart TV, a sofa bed, coffee and end tables, and lamps. The kitchen is nicely appointed with granite countertops and all modern appliances for you to make your favorite family meals. The stainless steel appliances include a large gas stove with a full-size oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Make that first cup of morning coffee with the coffee maker, then make your way out onto the deck to enjoy the nice breeze and fresh air from the beach. There are two decks, one upper and one lower for your family to spread out and relax while enjoying the views.

After spending a day at the beach or out on the town, make your way back to the large, shared sparkling pool for a refreshing swim. Then return to your beach retreat and get ready to explore the local eateries for a nice dinner. The home also features a desk and office chair for you to look up local attractions on your laptop or do some remote work.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
