This cheerful home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths with a large open living-space. 3 bedrooms boast queen size beds and the fourth, which doubles as game room, has 2 twins.

Open the beautiful doors into our large modern living space. As you enter, please leave your shoes at the door since many little fingers touch our floors.

Relax in the living room with 65" TV or hang out at the kitchen/dinning area with fully stocked kitchen. Through the living room, walk down the hall to the first bedroom on the right. A queen size bed, dedicated work area and a large closet is ready. Back in the hallway, door on the left is the shared bathroom. This brand new bathroom has a walk-in shower, modern vanity and mirror and toilet. Walk pass the bathroom is another bedroom with queen bed, a workspace and closet. Turn the corner and down the hall is a master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom. Queen bed, dedicated workspace, this bedroom has access to the deck that can also be accessed from the living-room.

Tucked away from the bedroom, through the kitchen, is our final bedroom with a twin daybed and a pullout twin trundle. This also doubles as a game room. The Game room is fully equipped with multi game table (pool table, air hockey, foosball and table tennis). On the wall is a dry erase board to keep track of your scores.

In the corner you will find a board game center. Enjoy playing chess, checkers, TicTacToe, backgammon, poker and other card games.
Guest access
Guests will have full access of the entire home. Your door code will work on the keyless entry locks in the main entryway.

Driveway accommodates up to 4 cars parked side by side and tandem. Please park on the right side (closest to the front yard). The left side is assigned to the occupants of the cottage behind the driveway. Please follow parking line directions.

Other things to note

There is a Guest House in the back of the driveway. It is also used for short-term rentals. Occupants share the backyard space. Please share respectfully.

This beautiful modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. The local trail network is easily accessible for walking, running and cycling.

We are located just minutes from the Concord BART station, making it easy to get around the Bay Area.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
