Experiences was great, kiddos like the pool, the room have plenty of space. But the resort needed upgrades. Overall I would say a good renovation would set this place on top. Beaches was very accessible, close to restaurants

We had a wonderful stay, housekeeping could do a better job at cleaning but overall we had a wonderful stay and plan to return again next year

The location was great. The amenities were very nice. The condo itself needs attention. The unit needs a deep clean at the very least, but some renovations would make the place more attractive to guests. While we enjoyed our stay, we would not stay here again.

This was probably the best vacation our family has ever taken. We had a great view of the ocean & the hotel has an amazing water park on site. The grandkids loved it. We had an oversized passenger van that didn't fit in the parking garage & they allowed us to park in a different lot. Our family looks forward to our next visit.

Everything was great, check-in was easy, rooms were bigger than expected. We stayed in a few different spots along the coast, this one is by far our favorite and has raised the bar for future vacations. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great views. Amazing pools & hot tubs. Rooms were nice & definitely gave off beach vibes. I do think it needed extra pillows and covers though.

Condo was clean with the exception of the couch, which had some staining. Closet door in one of the bedrooms was off but we were able to get it back on. Communication with host was wonderful. Check in was a breeze; just make sure to do all the steps required prior to arrival. The views were good. Kids loved the pools and water parks. Plenty of towels for a family of 9. My only real complaint is the price after doing further research. I feel we over payed for our stay, but that’s on us and not the host.

Room had dust in several doorways that obviously wasn’t cleaned in months. Near washer dryer and under the fridge had a lot of dust that once again was there for months. These areas should be cleaned every 3/4 weeks so the room cleanliness is better.

Julie the host was excellent. She was prompt in responding to any concerns. The room itself could have been cleaner. Food and stuff behind sofa and under refrigerator. Sofa and chair had multiple stains on them. The cookware was okay but very sticky. W head to buy our own during our stay. The insulation around the door was ripped and hanging off. The condo stated it could sleep 10. There wasn’t enough seating but for 4. The kitchen table only held 4 people too. Overall our stay was okay.

Not renting this place again

Place was dirty, out dated, missing bedding and felt like a cheap motel. If I had not taken pictures of the condition of the property when I arrived, they would have hit me all kinds of false damage claims. Accused us of stealing/taking 2 nasty dirty couch cushions. It was nice to be right on the beach and the kids did enjoy the indoor water slides.

Upon checking, the guest had not yet submitted the requirements for ID verification. This is a standard requirement to prevent fraud, a practice followed by almost all hotels. The Dunes Village property was great for our family. The staff at the resort was very friendly and wonderful when we were struggling with the rental staff. Check-in with this rental was HORRIBLE!! The furniture in the room seemed dirty but the beds were clean. There were pictures and other decor on the floor and in the closet of one of the bedrooms. Be prepared with paper towels, toilet paper, etc for the condo. Overall, the resort was wonderful but we wouldn’t rent through this rental group again.

Please was nice and view was great my sister was on the balcony most of the day. We enjoyed the beach while there also great family spot to play in the lazy river and pool. Awesome parking was also good pretty full but easy.
