Escape to our modern-rustic 2BR condo, minutes from Northstar! Perfect for 4 guests, this alpine oasis features stunning mountain views and access to resort amenities like pools, a hot tub, and a fitness center. A complimentary shuttle takes you straight to the slopes and village. Your ultimate mountain getaway awaits!
We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present on the property during your visit but are readily available via the messaging app should you need any assistance or local recommendations. We will provide you with a printed house manual and digital guidebook to help answer any questions that may come up.
We are located in a quiet and private condo complex surrounded by beautiful aspen trees, only minutes to Northstar Resort! We have amenity passes to for guests to enjoy Northstar amenities with an additional fee and our guests have access to a complimentary shuttle service to the resort.
Guests will have private access to the entire condo during their stay, with the exception of a few locked owner's closets.
Your booking also includes one Northstar amenity pass, which grants access for up to 16 people (a small daily access fee applies per person). You'll enjoy an incredible array of resort facilities, including:
A large fitness center and an arcade
An outdoor lap pool and a separate, relaxing hot tub
A wooden sauna
Tennis and pickleball courts
A children's playground
Access to the Golf Course (additional fees may apply)
Welcome to your alpine oasis! Our cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo is designed for relaxation and family fun, featuring a unique reverse floor plan to maximize the beautiful mountain views.
Upstairs Living Area: The open-concept main living space is located upstairs and includes:
A comfortable sectional sofa by the fireplace.
A Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
A private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee in the crisp mountain air.
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a coffee maker and rice maker.
A dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected.
Downstairs Bedrooms: Two comfortable bedrooms provide a quiet retreat:
Master Bedroom: A cozy space with a private patio and ample closet space.
Bunk Room: A fun room for kids or friends, featuring a twin-over-double bunk bed.
For our younger guests, the condo is stocked with children's books, toys, and board games for hours of entertainment.
2 parking passes are provided for unassigned parking spots.
COMPLIMENTARY NORTHSTAR SHUTTLE
Northstar-California operates a complimentary shuttle service for the members of NPOA. The shuttle is operated on a seasonal basis during the summer and winter seasons with varying hours of operation. Shuttle users will have to use an app located by searching the app store for Northstar Village Transit. Please note the delivery location for the shuttle may vary based on parking capacity and traffic flows at the base of the mountain. Most days, shuttle service is available directly to and from the NPOA Recreation Center, but drop offs and pick ups may be limited to the transportation circle at Northstar Village during high traffic periods.
To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details:
- Fireplace is not available for guest use.
- No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in Tahoe, our cabin does not have AC.
- Mountain Life: Dust and pollen can accumulate quickly on outdoor furniture. The BBQ and other outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter (typically October- May).
- Weather & Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter.
- Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances such as poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter. We strongly recommend purchasing external trip insurance, as our cancellation policy will be upheld.
- Safety: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
- Please refer to the Rental Agreement for a full list of the local STR Rules.
- Emergency Power Outage Kit: Located on the dining room side table, this kit includes battery-operated lights, flashlights, glow sticks, lanterns, an external battery, batteries, and hand warmers to keep you safe and comfortable during power outages.
