The residence is within walking distance of Reagan National Airport, making travel in and out of the area incredibly convenient. Just one stop from the airport station, you can quickly reach your destination with minimal hassle.

For those utilizing public transportation, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations are also within walking distance. These stations provide direct access to the Washington, DC Metro system, allowing you to effortlessly explore the capital and its many attractions.
Additionally, the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is nearby, offering another efficient option for regional travel.

We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation

🌴 The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind! 💦 Access comes with a 10USD daily fee, and you’ll receive wristbands after payment to enter.

⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun! 🏖️💫

We do not provide washcloths.

To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
