Start your day watching the sun rise from your ocean view living room or have your coffee in your ocean view outdoor space. The views are great and the cottage's amenities provide a comfortable place to unwind after the beach. The mattress, linens, pullout couch are all new and the kitchen is well appointed. The cedar shingled Victorian cottage is attached to a main house and has its own separate, private entrance.

The location is fantastic and within walking distance to all the fun stuff. Stroll to the Martha's Vineyard Ferry, the Black Dog Cafe, Shipwrecked restaurant and most importantly the beach! We provide the beach chairs, linens, beach towels making it easy to just park your car and unwind in this charming cozy cottage.

The Heights neighborhood is a true example of a classic family friendly American beach neighborhood. Sun burned kids ride bikes and play wiffle ball until dusk. Victorian and Dutch Colonial houses line gardened streets and families camp out on their porches into the early evening. Its a true American treasure.

Falmouth Heights Beach itself is a soft sand and warm water beach overlooking Vineyard Sound. The moon and sun rise unobstructed to the east and are spectacular to view. The view to the west rises to the Heights cliffs past the Falmouth Harbor to Nobska light house. The beach has a concession stand, life guards and a beach-front bar offering live music.
