Welcome to the fabled Oregon coast. Featured in Portland Monthly, this oceanview A-frame cabin is nestled between the quaint coastal towns of Waldport and Yachats, where the forest meets the sea. This is the place for those who curate their coziness. The cabin was built in 1971 by the Kimball Brothers Lumber Company. All structural and panel lumber was handpicked from their mill in the Willamette Valley.
Main floor includes a full bathroom, laundry / mud room, bonus room with closest, kitchen with new appliances and a living/dining room with a sliding door to the deck with views of a coastal forest and the Pacific Ocean. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with slider access to decks and a 1/2 bath. Brand new shag carpet and furniture throughout the cabin. Ocean facing second story deck has bar counter for the ultimate work from home experience and sunset cocktail. Walking trail from the backyard leads to a secret beach path and a stretch of beach that feels all your own. For more established beach outings, Governor Patterson park is 1 mile away with parking, bathrooms and a paved walk down to the sand. The A-frame cabin has reliable fast internet for the remote worker and is less than 25 minutes from all city amenities and pristine world-class outdoor recreation.
