*2 full bathrooms upstairs, one in the primary bedroom and one in the hall
*baby items include: high chair, pack n play, baby bath tub and 2 baby gates (if needed, one is to set in front of the stairs and the other is to block the dining room, as there is a step down into the dining room. Unfortunately because of the railing upstairs, there is no baby gate that works really well up at the top of the stairs so please keep an eye on little ones that haven't mastered going down steps yet!).

*there is a sound machine in every room
*Two TV's- one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home outside of the garage, and shed out back.
