Are you looking for a short - or long-term stay with your RV or just a cottage like atmosphere? A a getaway from home for a night or two or more? Or maybe you are just passing through along the interstate and need a stop?

Located within easy access to interstates I-26 & I-95, this cottage has been remodeled, and turned into a cozy cottage studio rental with a nautical theme atmosphere. It's an amazing, camping without the tent. with some of the same amenities.

It is a cozy space with a day bed and trundle size twins.
There is also a futon mattress that goes well in the Kids loft area! Just what they want for conform and feeling of camping. The special Hideaway for small kids ONLY. but desired by all ages. Kids have that special access Door (with ladder upon request, with lack of space. Host holds onto ladder. until needed for convenience). Also an emergency access door has been made for adults to enter, invent, of an emergency. The adult entrance, small can be used to store suitcases and other small the medium belongings, for storage.
A l small loft was turned into a Fort for young kids', "ONLY"
"Fort Getaway."


All modern conveniences –New small retro refrigerator with freezer , microwave, Air fryer oven, coffee maker, and buffet unit stocked with cutlery, pans, and other essentials.

For privacy, a pair of black out curtains to give access to a porta potty with an attached sink. . A dressing area with clothes hanging space, storage drawers, and shelves.2nd bathroom with tub/ shower combo, sink and toilet it's attached to main house. Nest Code to enter shared space with Host and Family. Dogs are being gates at all times except when on a leash being walked out front of the prperty, Bathroom is all yours. Only for Guests. 24 hrs a day. anytime access

We have added recently a side Floating deck with lights, to the Cottage to give customers the feel of floating on water while having more privacy and piece. You have the option of grilling on the 6 burner grill with side burner. or just sitting in the outside patio while enjoying the view, possible campfire if you so desire. (provided propane fireplace. has glass around the embers to block the wind).
Wi-Fi connection and Ethernet connection if you so desire. using Eero Pro System up to 6000 Square Ft. 55-inch Samsung Smart TV (Hulu, Disney, Amazon Prime, HBO, and more…).
RV limited hookups (110 electrical and water) parking is also located on the property by the Pool Area ( to the right). We do supply a white water drinking hose for hooking up to RVs only. firepit helps with the camping ambience.

The cottage sits on 32 acres and rental includes use and full access to (excluding access to our home located on site) a secured in ground pool, sun loungers, comfy covered seating area with firepit, large hammock and a grill to cook that BBQ steak while enjoying some fun in the sun! Additionally, there is a 5 acre pond with a pier for fishing or just sitting and enjoying the great outdoors.
