You will immediately feel at ease the moment you arrive at this stunning condo, tastefully decorated and furnished with a sunny and carefree flair. Offering serene gulf views, this condo is sure to offer the perfect base for your next vacation!

Unwind in this spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit, with 800 square feet of space for you and your guests to call home while you're vacationing! The master suite has a cozy king bed and an adjoining bathroom with a large shower. In the living room, you will find a seating area with 2 comfortable upholstery chairs, a sleeper sofa pullout in the sectional which allows for extra sleeping space, a fireplace, and a large flat screen smart TV. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat 4 and the counter height bar in the kitchen has 2 barstools for additional seating options. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking scrumptious meals and snacks. Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. The balcony has a bar-height table with 4 chairs and 2 additional chairs on the side for you to relax in.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. You will receive a Registration Email from VRP Access. You must prepurchase your parking pass via this email. You will then pick up your parking pass on property at the front desk upon arrival. The cost is approximately $60 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
