Spacious condo just minutes to the sports complex, ferry launch & Cedar Point!

This third-floor walkup is a recent renovation, a five-minute walk from dozens of downtown restaurants, attractions, and island ferries, including access to the world-renowned Cedar Point. We are about three miles from the Cedar Point Sports Center, ideal for families visiting Sandusky for games or tournaments. Our spacious front room is perfect for families with a dining table that expands to seat up to ten. Two, off-street parking spaces included!

Three bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. Brand new appliances and a 65-inch Roku television in a spacious front room with easy kitchen access.

Park your car and leave it for the weekend! Downtown is only a short walk, and the Cedar Point Sports Complex is a five-minute drive. But please keep in mind, this is a third-floor walkup.

My favorite part about West Washington Street is that once I park my car, I can enjoy all of downtown Sandusky on foot. Be sure to check out the waterfront restaurants, shops, and cafes. Or if you’re heading for the islands, the ferry dock is only a few blocks away.

I spent six years chasing my son up and down the east coast as we traveled to showcase baseball tournaments. So I know firsthand the challenges that come with spending two weekends each month in a hotel room. I hope that families traveling to the Cedar Point Sports Center will find my condo spacious, convenient, and in the center of all that Sandusky has to offer.

Granted, it’s a third floor walk up, so you’re sure to get your steps in. But I enjoy the morning sun through the windows and invariably have some of my best times just relaxing in our spacious family room. The entire place was just renovated, so all of the beds, appliances, fixtures, and floors are brand new.
