The spacious island provides a perfect gathering spot for cooking, playing games, or relaxing with family. Adjacent to the living room is a charming screened-in porch with seating for six. Outside the porch, there is a delightful outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill, ideal for family and friends' cookouts. The kitchen has a Keurig and a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers!

The second floor features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Additionally, a back staircase leads to a cozy bedroom above the garage, also its own bathroom. This room includes two sets of bunk beds. Each is equipped with a TV featuring streaming channels.
