This newly updated 1Bed/1Bath pet friendly apartment unit is located upstairs in a small 4 unit building in Westwood, OH; a diverse suburb of Cincinnati. A short 10-15 minute drive to downtown, our travel nurses will find we are conveniently located to most major area hospitals. Westwood is very walkable with sidewalks located on each street; you can take a stroll to Mt. Airy Forest at the bottom of the street or grab a bite to eat or coffee at one of the local eateries. There is ample free street parking located directly out front of the building. We love our furry guests but do charge a pet fee of $100/month per pet. House Rules:
1. No smoking of any kind inside the unit or within 30 feet of the building. Smoking includes vaping, marijuana, cigars etc.
2. Quiet hours are 9pm-7am; but please be respectful of all guests at all hours as some guests work nights and sleep during the day. Be mindful of TV noise, foot traffic, closing doors, and voices.
3. Pets must be accounted for and leashed on property and hallways at all times. We are a pet friendly facility. We charge a monthly pet fee.
4. Early or late check-out fees apply and are not guaranteed. Please speak with host directly to coordinate and get pricing.
5. It is the responsibility of the guest to take trash to designated trash can and have it out by the curb on trash collection day, or evening prior.
6. Laundry is located in basement. Please be considerate of other guest's use and remove clothes in a timely manner.
7. Parking: there is ample street parking in front of and across the street from the building. Parking in front of the garage in the back should only be used when confirmed with the host.
