The guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked supply closet.

We are not located onsite but are available remotely 24/7.

This home is located in the Village of Oak Creek which is a quiet neighborhood located just outside of the main tourist area of Sedona. This area has many new high-rated restaurants and golf courses. You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist areas.

A car is required for traveling in Sedona.

The pool may be heated for an additional fee of $100/night with a 3-night minimum. The spa is heated at no additional charge.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $2000 for deodorization.
