The space
For your holiday, this sunny mountain home consists of 3 bed+bathrooms on 2 floors, a great room w/high vaulted ceilings+floor to ceiling windows for views, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, driveway parking, exterior spaces: yard/decks/patio and pergola.
1. Master bedroom w/ensuite bathroom, 2nd floor
2. Sage master bedroom w/ensuite bathroom, 2nd floor
3. Summit Bedroom w/ adjacent bathroom on main floor
Each bedroom has a dedicated workspace or desk area and high-speed internet throughout the home
Guest access: Guests will be provided a code for keyless entry during their stay and have full access to the main and 2nd floor of the home, all outdoor spaces, and the driveway parking for 3 cars
The basement and garage are not available for guest use, some cabinets/cupboards/closets may be locked off.
Other things to note:
We are located on a quiet street that is also part of the bike path system that winds through Summit County. Buffalo Peak frames your vista as you approach the house. The area has stunning scenery and is very safe.
No car no problem: You can’t beat the location as the transportation center w/free county bus, food, shopping, ice skating, Lake Dillon, and Marina, are all within walking distance! And the picturesque and authentic western town of Frisco is the perfect base to enjoy everything that our mountains have to offer including active winter ski and summer sports and several world-class IKON and EPIC ski resorts within 10-35 minutes of your home away from home (Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail, and Beaver Creek).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please review the House rules and share them with other guests prior to arrival.
Maximum of 6 guests including children. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on the property policy.
Government-issued photo identification is required in advance of arrival and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
Onsite parties or group events or unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited
Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on the reservation
No third-party bookings made on behalf of other persons or guests Including family, friends, or business associates allowed. The government ID verified guest who will be staying at the property can book and must arrive with and accompany any other guests associated with the reservation. Anyone arriving without the verified guest who made the reservation will be denied entry without exceptions.
The home is not child-proofed, on multiple levels and may not be suitable for small children. Guests assume all liability for any injury, incident or damage during their stay. All children under 18 years old must be supervised at all times.

• Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
