Urban Modern Guest House
Rebuilt in 2022. This is a brand new constructed Urban Modern Guest house located in Boulder County nestled in the quaint Original Town of Superior. This house is 12 minutes from Boulder and 25 minutes from Denver and offers a comfortable space fully equipped with all the amenities. Along miles of open space trails for hiking and biking and minutes from neighborhood restaurants.
The space
This Guest house is in front of the host’s home with no shared walls and is accessed from the street by a shared drive. Your own private parking garage will accommodate a mid-size SUV or smaller. A private entry door from the garage allows you access. The house has a large bright open floor plan with living room, open kitchen with bar seating, and office space (desk and chair and internet). The Full-service Kitchen has large refrigerator with ice maker and range and dishwasher and large island for cooking and dining. One spacious bedroom with comfy linens, brand new mattress, big screen TV and walk in closet. The living room has a queen sleeper couch with new comfortable mattress and big screen TV. The bathroom has a deep tub/shower combination. There is a high-end stackable washer dryer. We will stock the unit with everything you need- toiletries and lots of supplies to do laundry and dishes. We have streaming services (Xfinity, Netflix, and Prime Video) and high-speed Wi-fi internet for your use. Use the garage space for storing skis and bikes while you dine out with easy access to Boulder and Denver.
Guest access
You will have access to a single car garage, which has private access into the Guest House. Many neighborhood parks and open space amenities.
The whole guest home is yours. Access is via front door keypad and/or garage code.
Other things to note
The Guest House is above the garage and you may occasionally experience minimal noise when a single car garage opens and closes. We are a no smoking home. This means no vaping, pot smoking or cigarette smoking.
We have a pet allergy in the home of which we are receiving de-sensitization therapy for. So if you are travelling with a service and assistance animal we are unable to accommodate at this time.
Our neighborhood was lost to the Marshall Fire back in December of 2021. We have re-built. The carriage house is brand new. Please take note that there will be building in the area. The neighborhood Target, Whole Foods, Tesla and neighboring shops are all in place and open and there are new restaurants and shops opening in 2023. We are looking forward to 2023 but we have to let incoming guests know that there will be a good deal of re-building in the Town.

We are Colorado Natives. Living in Boulder County allows us to reach the mountains in less than 15 minutes and make an easy visit to Denver and Red Rocks. We are active grandparents and love hosting to guests from all around the World.
