The space
Beautiful three bedroom, two bath, custom built brick home in a wooded and hilly neighborhood that is quiet and private. Dining room plus breakfast room. Large living room and vaulted ceilings, fireplace, three TVs, sunporch, large, jetted garden tub in master bedroom. You will be close to Publix, Walmart, target, Starbucks, and Dunkin’ Donuts. Also, close to Ruby Tuesday’s and Chili’s as well as several other restaurants. Blackwater River, or Pensacola bay is 15 minutes away and the beautiful white sandy beaches of Pensacola are within 45 minutes. The newly renovated Benny Russell park with splash pad, trails fitness Funzone court and sports field is five minutes away. There is also a bowling alley just a few minutes away. Stay in the most desired neighborhood in Pace Fl. Pets must be preapproved before booking.
Guest access
We have self check in and self check out. As a guess you have access to the whole house and attached garage. The detached garage is locked and not accessible.
Other things to note
Covered front porch with rocking chairs and bench makes a nice outdoor space for relaxing. The enclosed back porch with a view of the woods and the yard is also a relaxing spot. Also included on the back porch is a workstation with two monitors, and a comfortable office chair looking out into the backyard and Woods.
