This two-story home sits alongside Crown Mountain Park in El Jebel, a small town with every convenience along Highway 82. It's a location that gives you easy access to Basalt (two miles), Carbondale (seven miles), Snowmass (eight miles), Aspen (21 miles), and the area's world-class mountain resorts. Take your pick between Buttermilk (20 miles), Aspen Snowmass (21 miles), Aspen Highlands (23 miles), and Aspen Mountain (23 miles).

Enjoy modern amenities including high-speed internet, a game room filled with board games and a gaming system, and a cozy living area equipped with cable TV and Netflix streaming. The fully stocked kitchen boasts a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal prep a breeze. After a day of adventure, soak in the hot tub or fire up the gas grill on the deck for a delightful outdoor dining experience.

The enclosed yard is perfect for kids to play safely, while the patio furniture invites you to relax and soak up the sun. With a king bed and queen bed, plus all linens and towels provided, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Once the sun goes down, retreat indoors to play board games, watch movies via cable or streaming, or hold a Nintendo Wii tournament in the rec room downstairs (with games provided).

The home's main living space is upstairs, bringing together a light-filled living room with two sofas and a smart TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In addition to the rec room downstairs, there's also a home office complete with a desk setup for two, monitors, printers, and complimentary WiFi. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite on the main floor with its own TV, bathroom, and access to the backyard. Lawn maintenance takes place on Mondays

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
