Be our guest while leaving the work up to us and focus more on fun memories to be made at our NEW RV at a Resort!! It is located near the front with convenience & fun amenities that are included with your stay! Be sure to check out all the sports and water fun there in the pictures! The NEW Alta East to West Rv & resort style living is easy access off of Hwy about 10 mi to TAMU (w/light traffic.) The place is near restaurants & town. We make it clean, comfy & relaxing as you get to lay your head down and focus on your family and friends instead of cleaning and Rv setups! Rv is loaded with necessities and very comfy beds as reviewed! Let me treat you to an RV lifestyle that is great for any occasion at a clean, family & pet friendly location. It is perfect for gamedays or an event you’re traveling to or a family vacay & stocked items to use during your stay! The map is given at inquiry & check-in. Easy self check-in after 4 p.m with privacy. I will follow your lead yet give you my number (once confirmed) as my guest and I am your contact person. I am ALL about your full experience as I am a former Aggie grad who knows how my hometown (from my childhood and on still…) fills up! It has a comfy queen bedroom w/storage on bottom & top/closets. An addtional couch makes out to a queen if needed. In addition it has 2 bunks in the back of the RV for children or teens with added plugs for electronics. Price includes 4 people to use Rv and resort with amenities (fee for over 4 people) 5 people $40 fee. I would need to provide linens & extra items ahead of time. New bedding throughout. Island kitchen fully stocked w/cooking supplies/pots etc…New fridge. New microwave & awning. K Cup coffee maker. Full size bathroom w/shower. On RV site there are big,hot showers as well! Full size wash items are supplied that are to stay w/camper but are provided if needed. Linens/towels, beach chairs are provided. Outdoor kitchen w/grill, microwave! Living room & bedroom with smart TV. Charging station. Free wifi given at check-in & passcode to locked door access will be give by me as well. There are built in speakers for indoor only use w/Bluetooth. New large awning & area outside next to outdoor kitchen or at the RV site with room to play! The resort area has a large pool, locked /closed off seperate showers, a. place to stay fit, entertainment room, pool, small lake, ping pong, hot tub, app operated laundry, theatre, pickle ball court/basketball court. 5 min or less to shopping/restaurants. It is set up for you fully ready with propane/water/gas grill. If are not used to the RV lifestyle we can meet you to explain things if you prefer at check-in. Please do contact the campsite office. You would be renting from me, Meredith & my camper and will gladly communicate as my guest(s) through this site. If you prefer to check-in with a person we will be happy to meet you & explain camper & amenities. If not, self check in is fine as we leave info. Our family lives locally if needed! Cozy stay

We enjoyed this venue and its location. Also, we cannot say enough about the responsiveness of our hosts to a need we had. This was perfect for our short stay in B/CS for the weekend. Will definitely come back.

Outstanding stay

Hosts were outstanding and very quickly to answer to text or email. Trailer was very spacious and decorative. Table and umbrella was a very nice touch outside. Rv park was great. Had plenty of amenities with a pool, playground, pickleball courts, very nice pavilion by the pool, and in door games. The bathrooms were great being full size just like at home. Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend this rental!

Game Day Stay

This cozy camper was perfect for our weekend in College Station for the TAMU vs tu game! All the hotels in the area were outrageously priced, So we opted for this cute camper. Our hostess Meredith was wonderful, providing clear communication with us before, during, and after our stay. The camper fit me, my husband, daughter, and daughter’s boyfriend comfortably. The resort facilities were very clean, peaceful and family oriented. We had everything we needed and had a great time.

Great, cozy experience

We truly enjoyed our stay. I brought my teenage son and his friend to experience midnight yell practice and the college football experience. Our stay was very nice. The beds were super comfy and we had plenty of room do chill between events. An easy drive to campus with ton of restaurants near by. Nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you for helping me offer these boys an opportunity for some good memories!

A relaxing, clean, fun place to stay and do things at Hardy’s & Meredith’s Rv for Aggieland!!!

The hosts was easy to talk to and very helpful! We loved the decor & it was very comfortable & quiet. The pool was great with a unique covered place to sit near the pool & watch tv. The staff at Hardy’s was so nice. There were clean showers & pickle ball was fun! We will definitely stay again. Lots to do. It was a great getaway for a group to relax & watch the game & be nearby restaurants & Kyle Field. Meredith was available when we needed her for any questions we had and very private for us to relax and play games. Their Rv was well taken care of! Love the Aggie tradition & events nearby Thanks!

First RV Adventure!

This was my first RV stay ever! I felt a bit clumsy even with the very detailed instructions from Meredith. The place was spotless, very cozy and beds were surprisingly VERY comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and the location was really nice/family friendly. If you’ve never stayed in an RV, don’t do what I did and roll up near midnight for check in! Give yourself some daylight to get it figured out and read the instructions! It was advertised as 10 mins from campus, I found it to be about 20 mins from campus, though that is game day in Aggieland! I will stay again!!

Our stay was ok with this property.

We experienced problems with the hot water in the RV. We reached out to the contacts and they replied in a timely manner that they would be coming out to look at the problem and would arrive within 20 minutes. It ended up being a problem that was unable to be fixed. We were given access on our last day to the unoccupied house on the property to be able to take a hot shower. We were reimbursed 1/2 of the cost for the weekend for the complications. They were very good at communicating with us from start to finish of our stay with them.

Wonderful stay!!

Pleasant and quiet stay with welcoming hosts! They were more than willing to come help out when/if we had any issues and were able to resolve them promptly. I would recommend this stay and would definitely stay there again!

I’m am a local who was raised 5 minutes to TAMU. I went to TAMU in ‘99 and graduated with a BA. We have 2 adult children & 2 kids. My oldest is a fireman! I love when people want to spend their time in our hometown. We love hosting and enjoy RVing as a family! We live in the area still! Come on over and visit!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Come on over to the Aggie themed resort as it is very clean and trendy. It hosts local sport events or Aggies coming in for events all over the world (especially for games.) It has nice big trees and nice paved streets. There is a pond and many games! There is a concrete pad and table for you to picnic next to the RV. We give you privacy with comfort in mind! We love stay here as family
