The family/living room features a 55 inch smart tv, leather couch, futon and an electric fireplace.



The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, common appliances, coffee machine, dinnerware and silverware.



All the bedrooms are equipped with either a queen or king bed with mattresses of different firmness. The bedrooms also have a smart TV for your late night binging.

The neighborhood is considered a suburb, bordering the city of Buffalo. Known for its good school district, Amherst attracts a lot of families with younger children. Being located near to Main St and Niagara Falls Blvd, you will have a problem of plenty choosing a place for dinner. Other Things to Note:

Though cozy and comfortable, the house was built in 1950s and hence shows some signs of aging. You might hear an occasional creaking of floor as you walk on them. Please note that if you are used to big bathrooms, this house might disappoint you. The bathrooms are on the smaller side when compared to newer houses.
