Jungle apt w/balcony tub
While keeping the Tulum artistic line this spacious apartment is perfect for small groups or families of 4 or 5 members, the balcony is wide and has its own outdoor tub w/ hot & cold water option, our place is far enough to escape the city center chaos and at the same time close enough to quickly reach "La Veleta" where cozy restaurants, bars and coffee shops can be found 10 min drive to the beach zone, 10 min drive to city center.
The space
There is a total of 2 bedrooms, master room has full king Mattress and the second room has a queen size mattress. The small plunge pool is located in the balcony next to one of the rooms, there's a total of 2 spacious bathrooms and kitchen is big if you feel like cooking, dining area and TV area are big and comfortable for up to 4 people.
Guest access
The Neighborhood is called Region 15, happens to be the newest area in Tulum being developed. La Veleta is a 5min drive, city center 10-15min drive, beach 10-15min drive. To get around you use taxis but it may be more convenient to have your own transportation method (Car, scooter,bike). There is free parking both in the building and on the street 24hrs.
Other things to note
Tulum is one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico, as a result there are occasional power outages all over the town, next to the building there is a new small construction site, there may be some noise during working hours . In the area you may see other sites being developed. As this area is new, you’ll be surrounded mostly by jungle and there is no street illumination at night. The road is not paved, there may be potholes, specially during the rainy season. In Tulum Cellular network is usually saturated and poor quality. Make sure to plan ahead as internet access could be limited to Wi-Fi networks. Please also notice that this is a very humid place with levels around 80-90% all year round.

The Neighborhood is Region 15 in the Jungle, Close to Kukulkán Av. (beach access) and la Veleta, where you can find many cozy bars and restaurants. Region 15 area is being developed, so there's mostly nature around, but you will find construction sites as well, as in many parts of Tulum.
There are 4 parking spots in the building, you can take whichever is free, else parking is free on the street, we highly recommend having your own transportation method, at least a bike.
