This luxury home is located in beautiful Caldera Springs, adjacent to the Sunriver Resort and a short trek to all the natural beauty that Central Oregon has to offer. With 4 King suites, a media room, beautiful heated outdoor space with firepit, BBQ, smoker, hot tub, and a surround sound system, this home truly has everything you need for the luxury getaway of your dreams.

The living room features modern, comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is spacious with plenty of counter and table seating for the whole group. This home has a Pack-n-Play and a high chair available for those travelling with small children.

The primary King suite is on the main floor and includes a California King bed, an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, and Smart TV. It also has a work station that includes monitor.

The second King suite is also located on the main floor and has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower.

King suites 3 and 4 are located upstairs and both boast beautiful walk-in showers.

Upstairs, you'll also find a Bunk Room with 2 twin over full bunk beds and a Media Room with a queen over queen bunk. Setup for the perfect movie night, the Media Room is equipped with ample seating for the whole family and a Smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. The home also boasts 1 Gig wifi speed which makes streaming a breeze. The fun continues in the garage where you'll find Foosball and Ping Pong. After play, you can relax under the stars while you soak in the new private hot tub.

This home is family-loving and perfect for those with young children as it includes a high chair, baby gate, and pack and play. You'll also find a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Situated in the captivating city of Sunriver, Oregon, this vacation rental provides easy access to an array of outdoor adventures. From hiking and biking along scenic trails to fishing in pristine rivers and exploring nearby national parks, the possibilities for exploration are endless. This home includes 7 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
