Conveniently located on quiet tree-lined street 3 blocks S of the Beverly Hills Sign as part of a duplex of side-by-side units.

The townhouse has a large living & dining room area with a gas fireplace with glass doors. Euro-style kitchen w/lots of cabinets, a granite sink & countertops w/a gas stove and dishwasher. Floors are red oak hwd in the main areas and the two lower bedrooms. The front entry, kitchen and all three bathrooms imported tiled floors.
The upper two Suites (one JR.) have off-white plush carpeting & lots closet space with custom shelving. They also have French doors that connect to the large (11' x 6') deck overlooking the tropical front yard with wide pavered entryway. All three bathrooms have a window for natural light and circulation. The 4th room with twin beds can be set-up as a King Bed on request.
There are a total of three televisions in the living and the two bedrooms. Each room as a desk and chair. There is modern lighting and fan/lighting fixtures throughout as well as faux wood horizontal blinds in all the windows. The stairwell and 2nd floor have high ceilings with two skylights. The laundry/cleaning closet includes a tankless water heater and fullsize washer & gas dryer. There is central heat and air with a NEST thermostat.
There is a detached one-car garage with remote control in the back of the property as well as is FREE street parking with NO expensive permit required as in BH blocks north of us. Street cleaning is on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. twice a month.
The whole townhouse is for their private occupancy and enjoyment!
Being that this townhouse is part of a duplex (two side-by-side townhouses) with one bedroom being over this kitchen, guests must agree to completing cycles of laundry either washing or drying or the dishwasher by 9:00 p.m. everyday and not starting cycles until after 8:00 a.m. during the week and after 10:00 a.m. on the weekends and holidays. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with these details!
I give my guests space, but I am available when needed by either phone or email.
Please note as a CA Host, after initialing accepting a reservation:
1. Potential Guest will send me their email address as soon as they are initialing accepted. Host will then email a standard CA "Application to Lease" be completed, signed and returned along with two official picture I.D.s (i.e. passport, driver's license, etc.) within two days after initial approval for our records from each potential guest 18 years of age and older. Please note no financial account information required. Nor will a credit report be pulled.
2. Their full names MUST also be added to the list of names with the VRBO reservation.
3. This unit has a Non-Smoking Indoors and No Pets Policy.
4. Please note that the monthly price includes a cap of total of ALL utility usage of $350 per month. Over usage will be an additional charge.
If these items are not respected and observed, the Guest/s are accepting the consequences that VRBO will be contacted by the Host to initiate a Reservation Cancellation with No Refund due to the Guest/s non-compliance.

Being that it is so centrally located to major cultural, social, medical centers , financial and IT hubs, it is a unique housing option for those groups wanting to experience these, but also come "home" to a positive peaceful abode!

Because of floor plan design, size and mixture of bedrooms and bathrooms, the townhouse is comfortable for parties of several adults and still find room for privacy!
Unlike most of Los Angeles, the townhouse is part of modern construction with central AC VAC, dual-pane windows throughout, two large sky-lights upstairs three complete bathrooms, a large laundry closet is located upstairs and two of the four bedrooms are private upper suites!
