Arrival: the unit is equipped with a smart lock making 24 hour check possible for whenever you arrive.

Property: This unit is located at the beautiful Casa Del Mar equipped with two sparkling pools.

Sleeping arrangements: the bedroom has a queen size bed, the living room sleeper sofa also folds out to a queen size bed.

Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen in the unit awaits! This includes dishes, toaster, blender, crock pot, utensils, coffee maker, wine glasses, pots and pans, and dishes for kids.

Balcony: The outdoor chairs and table are perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets or a nice outdoor dinner!

Beach access: The property is located directly across the street from the beach making this unit steps to a wide open, sandy beach.

BEACH ESSENTIALS! The unit has shared amenities just for our guests that include beach necessities such as beach umbrella and umbrella anchor. There are beach towels also located in the unit for guest use. ⛱️☀️

Additional amenities: Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, stand alone fans, card and board games.

All linens are provided, the unit does not have a washer and dryer. The Casa Del Mar coin laundry room is located steps from this unit. We do provide extra linens to ensure you have enough throughout your stay.

This property is located in the middle of Seawall Blvd off of 61st street and is a short walk from beaches, restaurants, and grocery store.

Only 12 minutes to the Port of Galveston where all the Cruise Ship Terminals are located and only ten minutes to Moody Gardens & Pleasure Pier.

Departure: 100% of the cleaning fee goes to our cleaning crew so there is not a long to-do list when you leave.

Other things to note
The Casa Del Mar charges a $40 per stay parking fee for up to two vehicles that is not included in the rate you pay through VRBO. This fee covers your entire stay.

East pool is heated seasonally from November to February.
