Seven Pines Haven is a brand new modern luxury cabin in Broken Bow/Hochatown. A getaway located in a cul-de-sac off the main roads. Perfect for a large family, two families or for a group of friends! The beautiful forest views and luxurious cabin amenities create the perfect backdrop to memory making and good times.

Nestled amongst the towering pines you will find this gorgeous 2153 sqft two story cabin. You can feel the warmth of the inviting space as you approach Seven Pines Haven. From its welcoming exterior with its spacious front porch swing, to entering the front door and stepping inside to such beauty. Get ready to be greeted with a bright, modern, open layout with soaring ceilings that offer plenty of space for everyone to relax or entertain together.

The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you will need to cook any meal for you and your guests. You will find essentials such as baking pans, cooking pots and pans, storage containers, crockpot, vitamix, toaster and a mixer. The kitchen has a luxurious coffee set up including a Keurig Duo and K cups with an array of flavored coffee syrups to add to your cup of brew and enjoy on the balcony! A propane BBQ grill is located on the lower patio to serve up a hearty grilled meal!

This space offers 2 king size bedrooms with top of the line mattresses, bedding and pillows. Each bedroom is a stunning design that is so luxurious and inviting. Also, 1 bunk room that features 4 twin size beds. A tee pee is located inside the bunk room and is a perfect spot for kids to hide out, read or play! The open loft provides a day bed to allow for an extra cozy sleeping arrangement. 2.5 baths are offered and are spa quality and gorgeous.

The cabin includes electric start fire places in the living room and upper balcony that are dreamy to sit nearby on any given night!
The loft area has a shuffle board and a variety of board games and card games are for your enjoyment if you chose to stay in! The upper balcony has a foosball table and is always liked by all ages! TV's in both bedrooms, living, loft and upper balcony do not include cable, but are Roku TV's that provide access to your subscriptions such as Netflix and Disney+. If you want to "work from home", we've got your covered with office space upstairs and up to 500= mbps internet.

Apart from the interior, the exterior is something to relish in!! This cabin has entertaining in mind! The swings, rock climbing wall, spider net, hammock, corn hole and a hot tub to keep you having endless amounts of fun!! Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit and you will enjoy the ambiance of the cafe lights while enjoying tasty smores! You can have your morning coffee while taking in the stunning views from the second story balcony. We are certain that you will love our custom built playscape! Guests of all ages will love to relax in the elegant hammock that is all a stone's throw away from the back balconies.

A hot tub is included and located on the lower level balcony! Complete privacy and a view of the beautiful pines is to be enjoyed while soaking your cares away! The firepit is surrounded by Adirondack chairs and string lights, giving the most perfect vibe of relaxation for roasting marshmallows and sippin wine!

Seven Pines Haven is simply located near the heart of Hochatown and just minutes from restaurants such as Grateful Head Pizza, The Eat Out, Abedigos, The Blue Rooster, Shuck Me, Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girls Coffee and Ice Cream and so much more!, exploring the Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and all the fun! With its close proximity to the main attractions of Broken Bow and Hochatown, this cabin is the perfect combination of convenience yet still giving you the peaceful relaxation of being away from it all!

Guest access is through a smart lock to allow 24/7 access without the hassle of a physical key. A door code is assigned prior to check in.

**Other things to note**

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Prior to booking confirmation, all guests will be sent a Rental Agreement to review and sign. The Agreement highlights our House Rules, Terms, and Conditions.

SECURITY: In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed 2 exterior cameras. One on front porch and one on back porch. Your privacy and security is our top priority. The cameras are always operating.

WILDLIFE/BUGS: Being in the woods it is likely to see critters roam around, please do not feed them or leave any food out on porch. Watch out for any bugs, spiders, or ciggers in the tall grass. Using bug spray is advise especially if walking around tall grass areas or on any hikes in Broken Bow.
