Watauga Lake Home with Private Dock and Large Yard

3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Watauga Lake with views and short walk to the lake with a private boat dock. Bring your boat or rent one from nearby marinas. Bring your beach chairs and hang out by the water. Watch the sunset from the front porch while sitting in a rocking chair. Gas and Charcoal BBQ's are available for your use, with plenty of seating for dinning. Bring your ATV/OHV/Bicycle to ride on dirt trails 20 minute drive to Doe Mountain Tn Recreation.
The space
Living Room - Furnished with a large couch and love seat; stunning views and a television with WIFI. Games are located in TV cabinet. This will quickly become a favorite spot.

Kitchen - A fully equipped and modern kitchen will make meal preparation a snap. Microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, crock pot, mixing bowls, utensils, and plenty of place settings and silverware are ready for your use.

Dinning Space - A dining table capable of seating 4. Seating for 3 at the counter and seating in front of the living room window, all provides the perfect spot for family meals.

Laundry nook - Both a washer and dryer are available for your use.

Bath Room - Located just off the living room with walk-in shower. Bath towels are only to be used in the house.

Front Deck - Enjoy the sunsets and the views. Perfect spot to sit in one of the rocking chair with a good book or just relax and contemplate the view.

Back Deck - Just off the dinning room. Glass top table with 6 chairs along with a small table with 2 chairs. Enjoy a BBQ and dining out doors.

Garage - 2 car garage. You can park your car inside as long as you have no fluid leaks.

Main Bedroom - A large room with 2 closets, a brand new king mattress, TV, and a master bath with tub/shower, 2 sinks. Blow dryer available.

Bedroom #2 - Furnished with new queen size bed, a closet with view out the window.

Bedroom #3 - Furnished with Full and twin beds and a closet with view of backyard and trees.

Dock - Private dock is available for you to use during your stay.

Guest access Guests will have total access to the entire property. Our lake house is located in Butler, TN. The property has plenty of yard space to enjoy the outdoors and walkway down to the lake.

Parking on cement driveway or in garage.

Absolutely no pets!!! We are very sorry but we have had several bad experiences from "well behaved house-broken pets." Evidence of a pet or pets in the house will be subject to a deduction from deposit.

The maximum number of people allowed at the Lake House is 7. This includes non-guests who come for the day. This is a private home with surrounding neighbors. For respect of the neighbors, house parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Fines deducted from deposit may occur if number of guests rule or disrespect for neighbors property is broken.

We provide some paper towels, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and laundry detergent. You may want to bring extra if you have a larger group. A Dollar General is located down the road and is very well stocked with supplies as well.

Please return all items, furniture and bedding to the room they were found in if you feel it is necessary to move things during your stay.

All trash MUST go into trash bags before being placed in the outside can located in the garage. There is no recycling so please include these items in the trash bags. Also, do not dump grill ash or used charcoal directly into the trash cans. Please leave the outside trash can in the garage.

Very important* This home has a septic system. Items such as feminine hygiene products, toilet wipes, baby wipes, napkins, and tissue CANNOT be flushed and must be thrown into the trash. This is true even if it says "flushable"!

There are 2 kayaks that can be used by guests upon request to the Host at check in. You will need to let the Host know if you plan to use the water equipment. A fine will incur if paddles or seats are lost or damage is done to the equipment. You will need to supply your own Life jackets as they are required. You will need to return the kayaks to the storage rack at the end of each day and prior to leaving at the end of your stay.

You will need to provide your own towels for outside use. If it is discovered that the bath/kitchen towels provided are used outside, you will be charged a replacement cost deducted from deposit.

Linen, blankets, pillows, kitchen and bath towels are provided.

On the coffee table there are pamphlets with local attractions and activities. Now go have fun!

Our guests will have access to the whole house and attached garage, large yard and walk way to the lake. Will also have access to our private boat dock.
