Unit 4 is the primary unit at 10 Fair St. With its private entrance and deck and 2 floor living, it is full of character. Walking into to space, you will see your new full kitchen and living area ready for breakfast and card games. The spiral staircase will take you to the lower level where you will find your full bathroom and 2 queen sized bedrooms. There is also another TV room and pull out couch if your feeling lazy. This is a great space!!
In the summer, your in a great part of town to walk everywhere and not have to deal with traffic. 100 Feet from Thames St, your are in the heart of it all! But with your own parking space, its easy to drive to the mansions and get back into your room without having to look for spaces. Traffic on Thames can take a while during the busy hours so if your in a rush, plan for driving in the mornings.
We like to give guests their space, and we are always available to guests if they need anything. Check-in instructions will be sent on the morning of your stay with codes to doors and parking instructions. Please do not hesitate to ask for anything during your stay!
10 Fair St Inn is located just one block from all harbor front events, dining and shopping in Newport Rhode Island. Local amenities such as restaurants, shops, clubs, banks, coffee shops and parks with playgrounds and hiking trails are all available within walking distance.
All guests will have access to the property and your unit with their own key code and our smart locks. The house is easily accessed 24 hours a day. There is 1 parking spot per Unit at the designated parking spot in our lot.
