It was a fun neighborhood to explore. Watch out for doorways in the cozy apartment if you are over 6’1” you will need to duck to avoid hitting your head.

Great stay

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Vince’s place. It was easy to find, communication was great, and the room was tidy and really cute!

Great stay

The location was perfect for our visit—close to the light rail and Columbia City restaurants and stores. Having beautiful Seward Park nearby was a bonus! Communication with and written information provided by the host were excellent.

Concert Weekend

Perfect cozy spot to stay in the city with easy walking to light rail. Went to two concerts at Lumen Field. Columbia City is right there with good food and drink. We will definitely stay again!

Great spot to come back to!

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed it very much. The location is right off the #7 bus line which was convenient for traveling via public transportation. There's street parking to stow the car over the days we are were there. The kitchen worked perfect for what we needed and had dishes, utensils and spices to help us prepare meals. It was overall a great location and a nice, clean space.

Great place in a perfectly located neighborhood

Very comfortable in every way. Quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to other parts of Seattle that visited while here. Very walkable as well. Vince is a great host and he checked up on me every day during my visit to see if I needed anything. I really appreciated his attention, though I didn’t need anything as his place was perfect. Thank Vince! Looking forward to the next visit!

The studio check-in was easy and the location was excellent for our needs. There were a few issues that I believe could be addressed very easily with little . The TV did not work, pillows were too firm and were uncomfortable, no storage in bathroom for essentials, body wash in shower was inconvenient to reach, there was only 1 glass in the kitchen for the two of us, plus it would have been nice to have luggage racks. Vince was great to deal with and provided a lot of information about things to do and places to eat in the area.Thank you Vince!

All good except surprised to be in a basement with a low ceiling (for a 6'1" person). I don't recall that information in the description.Very clean with excellent communication leading up to our stay. Vincent helped us avoid a scammer who somehow contacted us regarding our stay.

Seattle trip

My husband and I stayed here overnight after attending a concert in the area. It was perfect for what we needed and close to our venue. The only thing I did not like was that there was no counter space in the bathroom at all. Other than that, everything was very clean, nice, and our host communicated very well with us to keep us in the know.

Amazing location! Close to everything, but very quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very communicative and responsive throughout. Couldn't believe how close we were to all the wonderful restaurants and shops of Columbia City - just a short walk down the hill. As a basement apartment (but with it's own super private entrance - a plus!), we knew there would be a bit of noise from above, but it was minimal, and we never heard a sound after 10pm. The place is small but well-appointed with a huge closet and a super comfortable bed. Really appreciated having the olive oil and balsamic vinegar for cooking. One small suggestion would be to add a little table in the bathroom for toiletries, etc. Would 100% stay there again!

Clean, cute, perfect for two. Tiny but effective. The Cook top/range does not work which is an issue for heating water for coffee/tea. Very hilly neighborhood which could be an issue for walking and parking is limited- it’s free on the street but very limited- a lot of people are living in the neighborhood. Upstairs neighbors had a domestic argument which was scary to hear.
